Control financiero de las valorizaciones de obra por parte del contratista del proyecto: Construcción de pistas y veredas del jr. aeropuerto y calles afines de la ciudad de chachapoyas

Abstract

El informe de suficiencia profesional que se presenta, titulado: “CONTROL FINANCIERO DE LAS VALORIZACIONES DE OBRA POR PARTE DEL CONTRATISTA DEL PROYECTO: CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PISTAS Y VEREDAS DEL JR. AEROPUERTO Y CALLES AFINES DE LA CIUDAD DE CHACHAPOYAS”, tiene como propósito exponer el procedimiento técnico y administrativo empleado para en las valorizaciones presentadas por el contratista. En este marco, se detallan la revisión y validación de las hojas de cálculo, la implementación de fórmulas polinómicas, deductivo de adelanto directo y materiales, las amortizaciones del adelanto directo y materiales, los avances acumulados y el monitoreo físico-financiero de la realización de la obra, con el propósito de respaldar su conformidad y facilitar el proceso de aprobación y pago por parte de la entidad competente. Asimismo, este estudio incluye las directrices establecidas en el Reglamento de la Ley N. º 30225 – Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, así como otros documentos técnicos y legales adicionales que apoyan la validez y justificación de las valorizaciones analizadas.

The professional adequacy report presented, entitled: "FINANCIAL CONTROL OF THE VALUATIONS OF THE WORK BY THE PROJECT CONTRACTOR: CONSTRUCTION OF RUNWAYS AND SIDEWALKS AT JR. AIRPORT AND RELATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF CHACHAPOYAS," aims to explain the technical and administrative procedure used in the valuations presented by the contractor. Within this framework, it details the review and validation of spreadsheets, the implementation of polynomial formulas, deductions for direct advances and materials, the amortization of direct advances and materials, accumulated progress, and the physical and financial monitoring of the work's completion, with the purpose of supporting its conformity and facilitating the approval and payment process by the competent entity. Likewise, this study includes the guidelines established in the Regulations of Law No. 30225—State Contracting Law, as well as other additional technical and legal documents that support the validity and justification of the valuations analyzed.
