Propuesta de un Programa Cognitivo Conductual para disminuir la Agresividad en los estudiantes de 5to y 6to grado de primaria en el centro de salud Jorge Chávez, 2019

Abstract

El actual estudio tuvo como propósito “Proponer un programa cognitivo conductual para disminuir la agresividad en estudiantes de 3ro a 6to grado de primaria, atendidos en el centro de salud Jorge Chavez”; trabajando para ello con 50 alumnos del año 2020, evaluados con el “Cuestionario de agresividad de Buss y Perry”; encontrando que la mayoría de ellos obtuvieron niveles medios de agresividad global, siendo el mismo caso para sus dimensiones, con la excepción de la dimensión hostilidad, en la cual predominó un nivel bajo en la mayoría de niños. Se concluye que se elaboró un programa basado en técnicas cognitivo conductuales diseñado en base a la información hallada, dirigiéndose así a reducir los niveles de agresividad encontrados.

The purpose of this study is "Propose a cognitive-behavioral program to reduce aggressiveness in students from 3rd to 6th grade of primary school, attended at the Jorge Chávez health center"; working for him with 50 students of the year 2020, evaluated with the "Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire"; finding that most of them obtained medium levels of global aggressiveness, being the same for their dimensions, with the exception of the hostility dimension, in which a low level predominated in most of the children. It is concluded that a program based on cognitive behavioral techniques designed from the information collected is being developed, with the aim of reducing the levels of aggressiveness found.
