Evaluación y Sistematización de Infraestructuras Hidráulicas de las Comisiones de Usuarios de los Sub Sectores Hidráulico: Parte Media Magdalena y Salas-Región Lambayeque

Abstract

El presente estudio EVALUACIÓN Y SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS HIDRÁULICAS DE LAS COMISIONES DE USUARIOS DE LOS SUB SECTORES HIDRÁULICO: PARTE MEDIA MAGDALENA Y SALAS-REGIÓN LAMBAYEQUE, se ve reflejado en el control técnico, gestión y administrativo; el estudio planteó < mejorar el servicio de suministro y demanda a las comisiones de usuarios>, situación que aqueja a todo el valle la leche y Salas, sumando a ello el déficit hídrico asociado a un sistema no regulado. La investigación es básica. En la presente tesis, la actualización y sistematización de infraestructuras hidráulicas se realizó mediante una recopilación de información existente, en el trabajo de campo se recorrió por toda la red de riego, identificando, describiendo todas las características, para el trabajo de gabinete se usó los programas AutoCAD, ArcGIS 10.5, Excel. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran las deficiencias de operación y mantenimiento en las comisiones Parte Media Magdalena y Salas, en rangos de <regular a malo>, con un porcentaje de canales revestidos de 1.209% y un 98.791% no revestidos, la comisión de Salas no es ajeno a estos resultados, con un 4.476% de canales revestido contra un 95.524% sin revestir, demuestra el pésimo servicio de suministro a los usuarios. Se infiere mayor priorización de énfasis con proyectos de inversión para reducir el alto índice de perdidas por conducción en el Valle La Leche y Salas.
