La Inversión pública en el sector turismo y su contribución al cierre de brechas en el departamento de Amazonas en el periodo 2017-2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la contribución de la inversión pública en el sector turismo al cierre brechas en el departamento de Amazonas para el periodo 2017-2023. El servicio de turismo es muy importante en la región Amazonas, porque esta permitirá dinamizar la economía en la región y mejorará la calidad de vida de las familias en la región. El método empleado en esta investigación es de tipo descriptivo, no experimental, longitudinal y de acuerdo a su enfoque es con énfasis en el enfoque cuantitativo, busca analizar la contribución de la inversión en el cierre de brechas, el nivel de inversión que realizan las entidades competentes como los gobiernos locales y la región Amazonas, su efectividad de la inversión en el sector turismo y su efecto en el de la afluencia turística para los años 2017- 2023. Esta se realizará mediante la técnica y recolección de datos se realizó a través de la revisión documental por medio de las Notas secundarias del portal del Ministerio de Economía y finanzas y sus plataformas informáticas como: Consulta de inversiones, Sistema de Seguimiento de las inversiones (SSI) y revisión de fichas técnicas de proyectos. Los resultados obtenidos en esta presentan investigación de acuerdo al objetivo general se concluye que, la eficiencia en la ejecución de los proyectos de inversión pública en el sector turismo en la región de Amazonas, periodo 2017 al 2023, con respecto al indicador de cumplimiento de tiempo el 17% de proyectos han sido eficientes y el 83% resultaron ineficientes, ejecución de los proyectos de inversión pública en el sector turismo en la región de Lambayeque han sido ejecutados en 100% , en el cumplimiento de las metas. Asimismo, podemos concluir que la inversión en los últimos años en la región ha disminuido notablemente, esta se refleja en una disminución de la afluencia de los visitantes a la región Amazonas.

The objective of this research is to analyze the contribution of public investment in the tourism sector to close gaps in the department of Amazonas for the period 2017-2023. The tourism service is very important in the Amazonas region, because it will allow to dynamize the economy in the region and improve the quality of life of families in the region. The method used in this research is descriptive, non-experimental, longitudinal and according to its approach is with emphasis on the quantitative approach, it seeks to analyze the contribution of investment in the closing of gaps, the level of investment made by the competent entities such as local governments and the Amazonas region, its effectiveness of investment in the tourism sector and its effect on that of tourist inflow for the years 2017-2023. This will be done through the technique and data collection was conducted through documentary review through secondary sources of the portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and its computer platforms such as: Investment Consultation, Investment Tracking System (ISS) and review of project fact sheets. The results obtained in this present research according to the general objective it is concluded that, the efficiency in the execution of public investment projects in the tourism sector in the Amazonas region, period 2017 to 2023, with respect to the indicator of time compliance 17% of projects have been efficient and 83% were inefficient, execution of public investment projects in the tourism sector in the Lambayeque region have been executed in 100%, in the fulfillment of the goals. Likewise, we can conclude that investment in recent years in the region has decreased significantly, which is reflected in a decrease in the number of visitors to the Amazon region.
