Gestión de un programa basado en la motivación para el aprendizaje del idioma ingles en estudiantes del 2do y 3er ciclo del centro de idiomas de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo

Abstract

Durante el proceso de aprendizaje del idioma del inglés, la motivación juega un papel importante y se ha convertido en un elemento vital para su correcto desarrollo, por ello en esta presente investigación se propuso como objetivo general: “Proponer un programa basado en la motivación para mejorar el aprendizaje del idioma ingles en estudiantes del 2do y 3er ciclo del Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo”, la cual tuvo como base la teoría de motivación de McClelland y aprendizaje Significativo de Ausubel. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, porque según Hernández et al. (2014) dicho enfoque “el conocimiento debe ser objetivo, y que este se genera a partir de un proceso deductivo en el que, a través de la medicación numérica y el análisis estadístico inferencial, se prueban hipótesis previamente formuladas”. La investigación es de alcance propositivo no experimental, de tipo descriptiva. La población en esta investigación será estudiantes del 2do y 3er ciclo del Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo, conformada por 30 estudiantes del segundo ciclo y 29 estudiantes del tercer ciclo del Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo, teniendo como muestra de 51 estudiantes del 2do y 3er ciclo del Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo. A esta muestra se le aplicó el instrumento del cuestionario y tuvo como técnica la encuesta. Concluyendo que la plana docente deberá implementar el programa de nuevas estrategias y metodologías con un enfoque renovador para lograr el aprendizaje del idioma inglés, comenzando a utilizar un nuevo proceso constructivista en el aula para implementar nuevos e innovadores estándares parámetros educativos.

During the process of learning the English language, motivation plays an important role and has become a vital element for its correct development, for this reason in this present investigation the general objective was proposed: "To propose a program based on motivation to improve the learning of the English language in students of the 2nd and 3rd cycle of the Language Center of the Cesar Vallejo University”, which was based on McClelland's motivation theory and Ausubel's Significant learning. The research approach is quantitative, because according to Hernández et al. (2014) said approach "knowledge must be objective, and that this is generated from a deductive process in which, through numerical medication and inferential statistical analysis, previously formulated hypotheses are tested". The research is of a proactive, non-experimental scope, of a descriptive type. The population in this research will be students of the 2nd and 3rd cycle of the Language Center of the Cesar Vallejo University, made up of 30 students of the second cycle and 29 students of the third cycle of the Language Center of the Cesar Vallejo University, with a sample of 51 students of the 2nd and 3rd cycle of the Language Center of the Cesar Vallejo University. The questionnaire instrument was applied to this sample and the survey technique was used. Concluding that the teaching staff must implement the program of new strategies and methodologies with a renewed approach to achieve the learning of the English language, beginning to use a new constructivist process in the classroom to implement new and innovative standards educational parameters.
