Estudio de las actividades productivas en el eje norte agroindustrial de Lambayeque: "Centro de educación técnico productivo agroindustrial

Abstract

La presente investigación está orientada en estudiar las actividades productivas, de manera específica en los distritos que conforman el eje norte agroindustrial (Túcume, Íllimo, Pacora y Jayanca), la cual nos lleva a saber el dinamismo económico del sector agroindustrial y su relación con la educación. Con respecto al análisis agroindustrial se hace énfasis en la ubicación de empresas agroindustriales, la producción de las mismas, además del número de agricultores y cuál es el proceso de los productos desde materia prima hasta producto terminado, todo esto para identificar la demanda en el eje de estudio y saber el proceso el cual desarrolla la actividad agroindustrial. Con respecto al análisis educativo se estudió la oferta y demanda de los Cetpros en el eje de estudio, además, considerando como usuario al alumno que culmina quinto de secundaria, ya que este iniciaría su etapa de estudios superiores. Parte del análisis fue estudiar la normativa MINEDU ya que este sirve como instrumento para entender mejor la espacialidad y funcionamiento de un Cetpro. La finalidad de la investigación es demostrar que mediante la creación de un Cetpro (Centro Educativo Técnico Productivo) agroindustrial se puede beneficiar de diversas formas a las empresas agroindustriales y a la población que conforman el eje norte agroindustrial, de tal manera que mejore la rentabilidad de las empresas con mano de obra calificada y la población obtener mejores beneficios económicos

The present research is aimed at studying productive activities, specifically in the districts that make up the northern agro-industrial axis (Túcume, Íllimo, Pacora, and Jayanca). This leads us to understand the economic dynamism of the agro-industrial sector and its relationship with education. Regarding the agro-industrial analysis, emphasis is placed on the location of agro industrial companies, their production, the number of farmers, and the process of products from raw material to finished product. All of this is to identify the demand in our study axis and understand the process by which agro-industrial activity develops. Regarding the educational analysis, the supply and demand of Cetpros in the study axis were examined. Additionally, the analysis considered students who complete the fifth year of secondary school, as they would be starting their higher education. Part of the analysis involved studying the MINEDU regulations, as this serves as a tool to better understand the spatiality and functioning of a Cetpro. The purpose of the research is to demonstrate that the creation of an Agro-industrial Cetpro (Technical Productive Educational Center) can benefit agro-industrial companies and the population that make up the northern agro-industrial axis in various ways. This would improve the profitability of companies with skilled labor and provide the population with better economic benefits
