Nivel de participación ciudadana en la gestión municipal del Distrito de Pulán, Santa cruz, Cajamarca - 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo principal: Determinar el nivel de participación ciudadana en la gestión municipal del distrito de Pulán, Santa cruz, Cajamarca-2021. La investigación se realizó bajo el marco de las investigaciones de tipo básico y descriptivo, la cual, se llevó a cabo por medio de la observación, el análisis, el estudio estadístico y la descripción de nuestra variable de interés; las cuales nos permitió determinar las características de la variable de estudio. En primer lugar, se utilizó el método deductivo; la investigación tiene un diseño no experimental; se utilizó 344 instrumentos de investigación donde los ciudadanos mayores de 18 años del distrito de Pulán plasmaron sus respuestas a las interrogantes; de modo que han contribuido con la recolección de datos del investigador. Por lo tanto, se pudo determinar que el nivel de participación ciudadana ha sido limitado; debido a la deficiente promoción de los mecanismos de participación, escaso interés participativo y espacios de intervención adoptados por la gestión municipal del distrito de Pulan, Santa cruz, Cajamarca-2021. Asimismo, se constató que la gestión municipal del Distrito de Pulán en el año 2021 no ha promovido ningún tipo de mecanismo de participación ciudadana. En ese sentido, se concluye que el nivel de participación ciudadana ha sido limitado por las múltiples falencias que aún persisten en las gestiones municipales, las cuales contribuyen a instaurar gobiernos locales que gobiernan a espalda de las voces y necesidades del pueblo.

The main objective of this thesis was: To determine the level of citizen participation in the municipal management of the Pulán, Santa Cruz, Cajamarca district, 2021. The investigation was carried out under the framework of basic and descriptive investigations, which was carried out carried out through observation, analysis, statistical study, and description of our variable of interest, which allowed us to determine the characteristics of the study variable. First, the deductive method was used; the research has a non-experimental design; 344 research instruments were used where citizens over 18 years of age from the district of Pulán expressed their answers to the questions; so, they have contributed to the researcher's data collection. Therefore, it was possible to determine that the level of citizen participation has been limited; due to the deficient promotion of participation mechanisms, little participatory interest and intervention spaces adopted by the municipal management of the district of Pulan, 2021. Likewise, it was found that the municipal management of the District of Pulán in the year 2021 has not promoted any type of citizen participation mechanism. In this sense, it is concluded that the level of citizen participation has been limited by the multiple shortcomings that persist in municipal efforts, which contribute to establishing local governments that govern behind the voices and needs of the people.
