Factores determinantes del desempleo juvenil en el departamento de Lambayeque, 2022

Abstract

El actual estudio se desplegó con el fin principal de identificar los factores determinantes del desempleo juvenil en el departamento de Lambayeque, 2022. Acorde a lo anterior, se manejó una metodología cuantificable, aplicada, descriptivo – explicativo y diseño no – experimental, además de ello, la muestra estuvo dispuesta por los jóvenes de 15 a 24 años del departamento de Lambayeque encuestados en el 2022 por la ENAHO, en la misma línea, se aplicó un modelo de regresión logística (LOGIT) para dar contestación a los objetivos. Los resultados evidenciaron que, los factores determinantes que conservan un impacto significativo sobre el desempleo juvenil en el departamento de Lambayeque, 2022 fueron: sexo, lugar de residencia, estado civil, nivel educativo y experiencia laboral a un nivel de confianza del 90%. Por lo tanto, se concluye que, los factores determinantes del desempleo juvenil en el departamento de Lambayeque, 2022 son: el factor sociodemográfico, el factor de capital humano y el factor sociolaboral.

The current study was carried out with the main purpose of identifying the determining factors of youth unemployment in the department of Lambayeque, 2022. In accordance

with the above, a quantifiable, applied, descriptive-explanatory methodology and non- experimental design was used. In addition, the sample consisted of young people between

15 and 24 years of age in the department of Lambayeque surveyed in 2022 by the ENAHO, and a logistic regression model (LOGIT) was applied to answer the objectives. The results showed that the determining factors that have a significant impact on youth unemployment in the department of Lambayeque, 2022 were: sex, place of residence, marital status, educational level and work experience at a 90% confidence level. Therefore, it is concluded that the determining factors of youth unemployment in the department of Lambayeque, 2022 are: the sociodemographic factor, the human capital factor and the socio-labor factor.
