Análisis, seguimiento y verificación de las fórmulas polinómicas en la construcción de obras públicas en el periodo 2017 – 2022 en la Región Lambayeque.

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar el efecto del resultado tras realizar el Análisis, Seguimiento y Verificación de las Fórmulas Polinómicas en la construcción de Obras públicas en el periodo 2017 – 2022 en la región Lambayeque. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio de tipología observacional, transeccional por corte y con enfoque cuantificable: sin experimentación por diseño y de observación. La capacidad poblacional está conformada por 30 obras públicas, conformadas por: 10 expedientes técnicos sobre edificaciones, 5 expedientes técnicos sobre agua potable y saneamiento, 5 expedientes técnicos sobre pavimentos, 5 expedientes técnicos sobre camino vecinal y 5 expedientes técnicos sobre electrificación. Se recopiló toda la información de los expedientes técnicos anteriormente mencionados, previo consentimiento, para la evaluación analítica de costos unitarios y metrados, adicionalmente hacer el seguimiento de los mismos. Resultados: Al analizar los estudios de los 30 casos, se obtuvo que por ser obras ejecutadas en la misma región (Lambayeque) tienen los mismos errores comunes, lo que hace pensar que solo se copia el mismo formato para la realización del expediente técnico. Por último, se encontró una alta diferencia entre los monomios registrados en el expediente y aquellos elaborados por los investigadores. Esta diferencia se debe aún reordenamiento exhaustivo de los insumos considerados en el índice 39 y su reintegración en los índices unificados correspondientes. Conclusiones: El efecto del resultado respecto con las formulaciones polinómicas en el presupuesto de las 30 obras estatales ejecutadas durante la etapa 2017 – 2022 en Lambayeque, no se puede determinar con exactitud; por lo que se recomienda proceder al cálculo de los reajustes y ahí recién determinar si el efecto resulta ser positivo o negativo.

Objective: Determine the effect of the result after carrying out the Analysis, Monitoring and Verification of the Polynomial Formulas in the construction of Public Works in the period 2017 - 2022 in the Lambayeque region. Materials and Methods: Observational, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach: with a non-experimental and observational design. The population is made up of 30 public works, consisting of: 10 technical files on buildings, 5 technical files on drinking water and sanitation, 5 technical files on pavements, 5 technical files on local roads and 5 technical files on electrification. All the information from the aforementioned technical files was collected, with prior consent, to evaluate the analysis of unit and metered costs, additionally to monitor them. Results: When analyzing the studies of the 30 cases, it was found that because they are works carried out in the same región (Lambayeque) they have the same common errors, which suggests that only the same format is copied for the preparation of the technical file. Finally, a high difference was found between the monomials recorded in the file and those prepared by the researchers. This difference is due to an exhaustive reordering of the inputs considered in index 39 and their reintegration into the corresponding unified indexes. Conclusions: The effect of the result of the polynomial formulas on the budget of the 30 public works executed during the period 2017-2022 in the Lambayeque region cannot be determined exactly; therefore, it is recommended to proceed with the calculation of the adjustments and then determine whether the effect turns out to be positive or negative.
