La petición de herencia y la filiación como acumulación de pretensiones al amparo del principio de economía y celeridad procesal

Abstract

La presente investigación denominada “la petición de herencia y la filiación como acumulación de pretensiones al amparo del principio de economía y celeridad procesal” tiene como meta principal “determinar si es viable acumular las pretensiones de Petición de herencia y filiación al amparo del principio de celeridad y economía procesal”, cuyo tipo de investigación es descriptivo simple, con un enfoque cualitativo. En dichas conclusiones se determinó que “es posible examinar la filiación dentro del proceso de petición de herencia”. La presente investigación, está desarrollado en tres capítulos, siendo el PRIMER CAPÍTULO donde encierra los aspectos metodológicos del tema abordado., en el SEGUNDO CAPÍTULO, trata sobre el marco teórico, con la cual se logra definir las posturas doctrinarias y jurisprudenciales, y finalmente en el TERCER CAPÍTULO, se analiza los resultados obtenidos, finalmente las CONCLUSIONES de la investigación.
