Abstract

La vivienda es un lugar muy importante para el hombre, ya que, le permite satisfacer sus necesidades básicas como comer, dormir, descansar entre otros. Su accesibilidad brinda estabilidad y seguridad a sus habitantes. Por ello es importante que la vivienda tenga criterios de diseño y estructural para que el usuario pueda realizar sus actividades de manera adecuada. Sin embargo, no toda la población accede a una vivienda propia o una vivienda digna de vivir, debido a que, en la actualidad, construir o acceder a una vivienda propia es muy costoso. Este es el caso del asentamiento humano 7 de junio, la autoconstrucción de las casas y los pocos recursos económicos, ha generado una manera de vivir inadecuada para sus habitantes. Por todo ello, es necesario plantear un proyecto de vivienda de interés social, que brinde e incorpore en los módulos de viviendas conceptos como la flexibilidad arquitectónica, la sostenibilidad y confort habitacional. Tomando en cuenta las necesidades de los pobladores del “A. H. 7 de junio”, en Chiclayo. Además de ser financiable para los estratos sociales de los pobladores. Con la finalidad de mejorar las maneras de habitar de los pobladores y responder al déficit habitacional que existe, y a la vulnerabilidad en los asentamientos humanos El estudio comienza con la identificación y análisis de los modos de habitar de los habitantes, para interpretar las características actuales de las viviendas en el asentamiento. A través de esto, se establece un diagnóstico que sirve de base para diseñar un prototipo de vivienda Finalmente, los resultados de esta investigación buscan generar un aporte significativo al diseño de viviendas sociales en el norte del Perú, estableciendo criterios arquitectónicos que integren sostenibilidad, flexibilidad y habitabilidad como pilares fundamentales.
