Diseño de la nueva posta de salud Antonio Raymondi, distrito de la Victoria, provincia de Chiclayo, Lambayeque

Abstract

En las investigaciones concernientes al estado de los establecimientos de salud, del nivel más inferior de atención en el Perú, se encontraron la mayoría con un sistema instalado inadecuado. Desagregándose tanto en infraestructura precaria, como en el equipamiento obsoleto o insuficiente revelados por EsSalud a enero del 2020. Del mismo modo, no ajena a la realidad nacional, en el Distrito de La Victoria en Chiclayo, los resultados de evaluación evidenciaron a la mayoría de centros de salud con medio físicos inapropiados. Es por ello que se eligió como experimento de estudio a la Posta de Salud ‘‘Antonio Raymondi’’, del asentamiento humano del mismo nombre ubicada en este distrito; con el objetivo de elaborar el Diseño de la Nueva Posta de Salud, recategorizada. El proyecto consistió en elaborar el diseño completo de la Nueva Posta de Salud. Técnicamente se comenzó por: hacer el levantamiento Topográfico; elaborar el Estudio de Mecánica de Suelos, donde se determinó, entre los factores más importantes, la capacidad portante del suelo; se elaboró el Diseño Arquitectónico tomando en cuenta las Normas del MINSA y RNE; se verificó el Análisis Sísmico utilizando el software ETABS; también se realizó el Diseño Estructural de los diferentes elementos estructurales con apoyo de los software ETABS, SAFE y MATCHAD; se elaboraron los Diseños de Instalaciones Eléctricas y Sanitarias, de acuerdo a las normas del RNE, usando memorias de cálculo en programa Excel; y finalmente se realizaron el Presupuesto y Programación de Obra, con ayuda de los software S10 y MS Proyect respectivamente.

Research on the condition of health facilities at the lowest level of care in Peru has revealed that most of them have inadequate installed capacity. This is reflected in both the precarious state of infrastructure and the obsolete or insufficient equipment, as reported by EsSalud in January 2020. Similarly, consistent with the national reality, evaluations in the district of La Victoria, Chiclayo, showed that most health centers have inadequate physical conditions. For this reason, the “Antonio Raymondi” Health Post, located in the settlement of the same name within this district, was selected as the study project, with the objective of developing the Design of the New Health Post, recategorized. The project involved the complete design of the new facility. The technical process began with a Topographic Survey and a Soil Mechanics Study, in which the soil bearing capacity was determined as one of the key parameters. The Architectural Design was developed in accordance with the standards established by MINSA and the National Building Regulations (RNE). A Seismic Analysis was performed using ETABS software, followed by the Structural Design of the various elements with the support of ETABS, SAFE, and Mathcad. The Electrical and Sanitary Installations were designed according to RNE standards, with calculation reports prepared in Excel. Finally, the Budget and Work Schedule were developed using S10 and MS Project, respectively.
