Análisis de Accesibilidad a los Portales Web de las Municipalidades de los distritos de la Provincia de Chiclayo en el año 2023

Abstract

La Accesibilidad es un tema de gran importancia al momento de brindar un servicio o crear un producto, la tecnología no es ajena a esto en especial el campo que abordaremos en la presente investigación que son las Plataformas Web. En las plataformas web también existe un estándar de accesibilidad las cuales son necesarias seguir para que los productos web puedan ser accedidos o usados por la mayor cantidad de usuarios posibles. Entonces para garantizar que una plataforma web esté cumpliendo con los estándares de Accesibilidad es necesario un análisis realizado por expertos y herramientas automatizadas. Es por ello que en esta investigación se ha realizado un análisis exhaustivo del cumplimiento de los estándares de accesibilidad web a los diferentes portales que tienen las municipalidades distritales que conforman la ciudad de Chiclayo. Gracias a ello se ha obtenido como resultado información valiosa para saber en qué medida dichas plataformas web están cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos para la accesibilidad.

Accessibility has become a topic of great importance when providing a service or creating a product, technology is no stranger to this, especially the field that we will address in this research, which is Web Platforms. On web platforms there is also an accessibility standard which is necessary to follow so that web products can be accessed or used by the greatest number of users possible. So to guarantee that a web platform is complying with Accessibility standards, an analysis carried out by experts and automated tools is necessary. That is why in this research an exhaustive analysis has been carried out of compliance with the web accessibility standards of the different portals that the district municipalities that make up the city of Chiclayo have. Thanks to this, valuable information has been obtained to know to what extent these web platforms are complying with the standards established for accessibility.
