CITE agroindustrial en el Campamento La Viña para mejorar la productividad de la agroexportación de cultivos priorizados en la región Lambayeque

Abstract

Esta investigación se enfoca en la creación de un Centro de Innovación Tecnológica (CITE) en el Campamento La Viña con el objetivo de impulsar la producción y competitividad de la agroexportación de cuatro cultivos priorizados: maracuyá, mango, arándanos y palta en la región Lambayeque. El CITE proporcionará recursos, conocimientos y tecnología avanzada a los agricultores y productores de la región, lo que permitirá optimizar la calidad de los productos y reforzar la eficiencia en la cadena de producción y promover la exportación de estos productos agrícolas. La tesis analiza los beneficios potenciales de esta iniciativa y su impacto en la economía local, para tal fin en el análisis se ha considerado como usuario al productor agroindustrial y los agricultores del Valle La Leche, cuyo interés de transformar sus productos para comercializarlos en el exterior hace necesaria la infraestructura que cuente con acreditación de INACAL. De esta manera se formula el proyecto de un “CITE AGROINDUSTRIAL EN EL CAMPAMENTO LA VIÑA PARA MEJORAR LA PRODUCTIVIDAD DE LA AGROEXPORTACIÓN DE CULTIVOS PRIORIZADOS EN LA REGIÓN LAMBAYEQUE”, con el propósito de elevar la calidad y eficiencia, reduciendo gastos y proporcionando productos transformados con valor agregado, fomentamos la innovación y la investigación agroindustrial para cerrar las brechas en las áreas productivas de Lambayeque.

This research focuses on the creation of a Technological Innovation Center (CITE) in the Campamento La Vina with the objective of promoting the production and competitiveness of the agro-export of four prioritized crops: passion fruit, mango, blueberries and avocado in the Lambayeque region. CITE will provide resources, knowledge and advanced technology to farmers and producers in the region, which will improve the quality of products, increase the efficiency of the production chain and promote the export of these agricultural products. The thesis analyzes the potential benefits of this initiative and its impact on the local economy. For this purpose, the analysis has considered the agroindustrial producer and the farmers of the La Leche Valley as users, whose interest is to transform their products to market them abroad, makes it necessary to have infrastructure that has INACAL accreditation. In this way, the project of an “AGROINDUSTRIAL CITE IN THE CAMPAMENTO LA VINA TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF THE AGROEXPORT OF PRIORITIZED CROPS IN THE LAMBAYEQUE REGION” is formulated, with the purpose of raising quality and efficiency, reducing expenses and providing processed products with added value, we promote innovation and agroindustrial research to close gaps in the productive areas of Lambayeque.
