El feminicidio y los antecedentes de violencia familiar en el distrito judicial de Lambayeque, años 2015 – 2017

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue si existe conexión entre la incidencia de feminicidios en el D. J. de Lambayeque durante los años 2015-2017 y los antecedentes de violencia familiar en cada caso.

En el primer capítulo se analizan el diseño teórico, el contexto histórico del estudio, los fundamentos teóricos y los supuestos implicados. En el segundo capítulo se analizan los métodos y materiales, el tipo de estudio, el método de investigación, el diseño de contraste, la población, la muestra, así como los procedimientos, herramientas, equipos y materiales para la recogida de datos, su tratamiento y análisis. Los resultados se presentan en el tercer capítulo del libro. El tema de debate se presenta en el cuarto capítulo. Como conclusión, se presentan las sugerencias y las conclusiones que responden a los objetivos generales y particulares de la tesis.

The objective of this study was whether there is a connection between the incidence of femicides in the D. J. of Lambayeque during the years 2015-2017 and the antecedents of family violence in each case.

The first chapter discusses the theoretical design, the historical context of the study, the theoretical foundations and the assumptions involved. The second chapter discusses the methods and materials, the type of study, the research method, the contrast design, the population, the sample, as well as the procedures, tools, equipment and materials for data collection, processing and analysis. The results are presented in the third chapter of the book. The topic of discussion is presented in the fourth chapter. In conclusion, suggestions and conclusions that respond to the general and particular objectives of the thesis are presented.
