Caracterización del financiamiento de las Micro y Pequeñas empresas en la provincia de Chiclayo, 2020

Abstract

La tesis propone el objetivo: Determinar cuáles son las características del financiamiento de las Mypes en la provincia de Chiclayo en el año 2020.

En la presente investigación la problemática es abordada de manera internacional,nacional y de la provincia de Chiclayo con referencia a las micro y pequeñas empresas de la provincia de Chiclayo.

Teoría del financiamiento, ciclo de vida de las organizaciones, información asimétrica y teoría de las micro y pequeñas empresas se han convertido en la base teórica de la presente investigación.

La metodología de investigación utilizada es mixta, con un diseño descriptivo-no experimental; para lo cual se emplea como fuente secundaria la Encuesta de Micro y Pequeñas Empresas del 2013, siendo un total de 179 Mypes obtenidas en la data oficial de la referida encuesta correspondiente a la provincia en mención, así como la aplicación de entrevistas a 10 especialistas que laboran en el sector de microfinanzas.

Concluyendo que las micro y pequeñas empresas de la provincia de Chiclayo no solo enfrentan el problema de acceso al financiamiento, sino también su problemática radica en torno a la gestión empresarial, la profesionalización del recurso humano y la informalidad que refleja la brecha existente no solo en torno al financiamiento, sino también en torno a la competitividad.

The thesis proposes the objective: To determine what are the characteristics of the financing of MSMEs in the province of Chiclayo in the year 2020.

In this research the problem is approached internationally, nationally and in the province of Chiclayo with reference to micro and small enterprises in the province of Chiclayo.

Financing theory, life cycle of organizations, asymmetric information and theory of micro and small enterprises have become the theoretical basis of this research.

The research methodology used is mixed, with a descriptive-non-experimental design; for which the Micro and Small Business Survey of 2013 is used as a secondary source, being a total of 179 Mypes obtained in the official data of the referred survey corresponding to the province in mention, as well as the application of interviews to 10 specialists working in the microfinance sector.

We conclude that micro and small enterprises in the province of Chiclayo not only face the problem of access to financing, but also the problems related to business management, the professionalization of human resources and informality, which reflect the existing gap not only in terms of financing, but also in terms of competitiveness.
