Viviendas Sociales Sostenibles como Conjunto Habitacional en el distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz, Chiclayo.

Abstract

Este proyecto propone un modelo de vivienda social sostenible en el distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz, fundamentado en la mitigación de la vulnerabilidad urbana y el déficit habitacional mediante la integración de energías renovables (solar fotovoltaica y térmica) y una gestión eficiente del agua a través de la captación pluvial y el tratamiento de aguas grises. La propuesta se estructura bajo lineamientos de arquitectura bioclimática, priorizando el confort higrotérmico, la ventilación natural y la protección solar pasiva, aplicados a un conjunto habitacional de tipologías flexibles que promueve el espacio público y la resiliencia urbana, transformando la vivienda social en una infraestructura autosuficiente y adaptada a la realidad climática de Chiclayo.

This project proposes a sustainable social housing model in the district of José Leonardo Ortiz, based on the mitigation of urban vulnerability and the housing deficit through the integration of renewable energies (solar photovoltaic and thermal) and efficient water management using rainwater harvesting and greywater treatment. The proposal is structured under bioclimatic architecture guidelines, prioritizing hygrothermal comfort, natural ventilation, and passive solar protection, applied to a housing complex with flexible typologies that promote public space and urban resilience. This approach transforms social housing into a self-sufficient infrastructure adapted to the climatic reality of Chiclayo.
