“Experiencias de madres, frente a la hospitalización de su neonato prematuro del servicio de neonatología”, Hospital Provincial Docente Belén de Lambayeque-2024.

Abstract

El estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo comprender las experiencias de madres, frente a la hospitalización de su neonato prematuro del servicio de neonatología -Hospital Belén de Lambayeque 2024. Es un estudio de investigación Cualitativa, realizado con una población de 12 madres. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la entrevista abierta a profundidad, aplicando como instrumento la técnica determinada guía de entrevista, considerando una pregunta norteadora a cada una de las madres, teniendo en cuenta los principios éticos, beneficencia, confidencialidad, autonomía y justicia. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que todo esto genera diversas experiencias en las madres de los prematuros, por ello describimos las siguientes categorías basadas en vivencias narradas por las madres sujetas a esta investigación, detallando 2 categorías: Madres de prematuros expresando sentimientos y emociones, con subcategoría 1 sentimientos negativos: tristeza y pena, preocupación; subcategoría 2: alegría y esperanza; y la categoría experiencias de las madres frente a la hospitalización de su hijo prematuro. con la subcategoría 1: Sobrecarga emocional por visitas restringida por tiempo limitado para establecer vínculo afectivo con su recién nacido prematuro; subcategoría 2: Madres manifestando su espiritualidad en Dios para la recuperación de su hijo prematuro. Conocer las experiencias y develar experiencias y develar los sentimientos de las madres con su prematuro hospitalizado de acuerdo a la realidad de cada una, nos ayudó a generar conocimientos y aplicar estrategias que mejoren la calidad del cuidado de enfermería personalizada y humanística en el proceso de vida, considerados como seres holísticos.

The objective of the research study was to understand the experiences of mothers facing the hospitalization of their premature newborn in the neonatology service, Belén de Lambayeque Hospital - 2024. It is a qualitative research study, carried out with a population of 12 mothers. For data collection, an open in-depth interview was used, applying as an instrument the technique a certain interview guide, considering a guiding question for each of the mothers, taking into account the ethical principles, beneficence and confidentiality. The results obtained show that all this generates diverse experiences in the mothers of premature babies, therefore we describe the following categories based on experiences narrated by the mothers subject to this research, detailing 3 categories: maternal experiences facing the hospitalization of their premature child with subcategories of limited time, emotional overload, scarcity of economic resources; in the category of mothers of premature babies expressing feelings and emotions with the subcategories of fear, sadness, helplessness, pain, guilt, hopelessness, anguish, worry; and the category of mothers expressing their spirituality in God for the recovery of their premature child with the subcategories of faith and hope. Knowing the experiences and revealing the feelings of mothers with their hospitalized premature newborn according to the reality of each one of them, will help us generate knowledge and apply strategies that improve the quality of personalized-humanistic nursing care for the mother in their life process, considered as holistic beings.
