Crimen organizado como respuesta para combatir los delitos ambientales, Lambayeque, 2024

Abstract

En la presente investigación se ha desarrollado como objetivo determinar la eficacia del tratamiento penal de los delitos ambientales como delitos del crimen organizado. En lo que respecta a la metodología utilizada, se trabajó mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y diseño no experimental. De acuerdo a este enfoque, se ha planteado la aplicación de un cuestionario a 25 especialistas en materia penal del distrito de Lambayeque. Desde esta perspectiva, se busca conocer si se evidencia un eficiente tratamiento penal de los delitos ambientales bajo la óptica del crimen organizado, así como conocer el impacto negativo de la ausencia de un tratamiento deficiente por los operadores de justicia.

The objective of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the criminal treatment of environmental crimes as organized crime offenses. Regarding the methodology used, we worked through a quantitative approach, of basic type and non-experimental design. According to this approach, a questionnaire was applied to 25 specialists in criminal matters in the district of Lambayeque. From this perspective, the aim is to know if there is evidence of an efficient criminal treatment of environmental crimes from the point of view of organized crime, as well as to know the negative impact of the absence of a deficient treatment by the justice operators.
