La práctica de valores en los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional del Nivel Primaria de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Privada Cesar Vallejo – Chiclayo.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación, es de carácter cuantitativo y descriptivo, cuyo objetivo es diseñar estrategias para generar práctica de valores, en los alumnos y docentes, por medio de estrategias basadas en la teoría axiológica que conlleven a consolidar una cultura académica, para fortalecer la formación profesional, de los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional del Nivel Primaria, de la Facultad de Educación de la U. P. César Vallejo - Chiclayo. La población y la muestra de la presente investigación están conformadas por los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Primaria de la Universidad César Vallejo, cuya totalidad asciende a 172 alumnos. Para la selección de la muestra (n), se empleó la tabla de tamaño de muestra propuesta por Fisher, Arquin y Colton, que sugiere que "si la población de estudio (N) es inferior a 500 individuos, es recomendable utilizar el 40% de dicha población". En base a esta recomendación, se determinó que el tamaño muestral correspondiente es de 62 estudiantes, lo cual representa el 40% de la población total. Así, la población (N) es de 172 estudiantes y la muestra (n) es de 62, según lo establecido por Fisher y sus colaboradores. En el tratamiento de los resultados se utilizó el análisis entre variable, concluyéndose que los encuestados percibieron un clima muy desfavorable con el 85% de respuestas negativas, y un 68,75% de falta de práctica de valores entre los mismos actores y un 50% entre los Estudiantes, estos resultados permiten confirmar la hipótesis planteada: si se diseña, estrategias basado en la teoría axiológica para la práctica de valores de los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional del Nivel Primaria, entonces se fortalecerá la formación profesional universitaria en la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Privada César Vallejo de Chiclayo.

The research work is quantitative and descriptive in nature, whose objective is to design strategies to generate practice of values, in students and teachers, through strategies based on the axiological theory that lead to consolidate an academic culture, to strengthen the professional training of students of the Professional School of Primary Level, of the Faculty of Education of the U. P. César Vallejo - Chiclayo. The population and the sample of the present research are made up of students of the Professional School of Primary Education of the César Vallejo University, whose total number is 172 students. For the selection of the sample (n), the sample size table proposed by Fisher, Arquin and Colton was used, which suggests that "if the study population (N) is less than 500 individuals, it is advisable to use 40% of said population." Based on this recommendation, it was determined that the corresponding sample size is 62 students, which represents 40% of the total population. Thus, the population (N) is 172 students and the sample (n) is 62, as established by Fisher and his collaborators. In the treatment of the results, the analysis between variables was used, concluding that the respondents perceived a very unfavorable climate with 85% of negative responses, and 68.75% of lack of practice of values among the same actors and 50% among the Students, these results confirm the hypothesis raised: if strategies are designed based on the axiological theory for the practice of values of the students of the Professional School of the Primary Level, then the professional university training in the Faculty of Education of the César Vallejo Private University of Chiclayo will be strengthened.
