Factores que inciden en las conductas disruptivas de los estudiantes del segundo grado de la I.E. José quiñones Gonzales, Chiclayo- 2021.

Abstract

Las conductas disruptivas se definen como un conjunto de actitudes que deterioran o interrumpen el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en algunos estudiantes, esta conducta es considerado como una de las conductas conflictivas más frecuentes en el ámbito d e las Instituciones Educativas. Y existen diversos factores que conllevan a los estudiantes a tener este tipo de conductas disruptiva, como lo son los factores personales que son de índole personal cuyas interrelaciones se pueden producir en función de variables subjetivas, sociales e institucionales. El factor familiar que mayormente tiene que ver con la relación familiar, y el factor socio escolar _ académico, que viene hacer el papel que juega la educación como pilar básico del avance de cualquier sociedad y el rendimiento académico se ha considerado un indicador relacionado con una mejor salud, una trayectoria profesional y social más productiva. La investigación tuvo un análisis riguroso para seleccionar la información que tenga relación con el problema de investigación tratado en este estudio, y así determinar los factores que inciden en las conductas disruptivas en los estudiantes de segundo grado en la IE. “José Quiñones Gonzales”, Chiclayo 2021. La naturaleza del estudio es Descriptiva – propositiva. Dicho estudio se basó en la realización de un trabajo de campo a través de la aplicación de técnicas de recolección de datos como la Guía de observación. El estudio adopta un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo, es decir describimos el problema y su propuesta de solución. La tabla estadística es donde se verifica si el problema de investigación existe, las cuales demuestran que los estudiantes de la I.E. “José Quiñones Gonzales” presentan conductas disruptivas. Concluimos como logro de la investigación por un lado haber justificado el problema, esto es haber confirmado la hipótesis por el otro lado es haber elaborado la propuesta.

Disruptive behaviors are defined as a set of attitudes that deteriorate or disrupt the teaching and learning process in some students, this behavior is considered one of the most frequent conflict behaviors in the field of educational institutions. And there are several factors that lead students to have this type of disruptive behavior, such as personal factors that are of a personal nature whose interrelationships can occur in terms of subjective, social and institutional variables. The family factor that mostly has to do with the family relationship, and the socio-school _ academic factor, which comes to play the role of education as a basic pillar of the advancement of any society and academic performance has been considered an indicator related to better health, a more productive professional and social trajectory. The research had a rigorous analysis to select the information that is related to the research problem addressed in this study, and thus determine the factors that affect disruptive behaviors in second grade students in the IE. “José Quiñones Gonzales”, Chiclayo 2021. The nature of the study is descriptive - propositive. This study was based on the realization of a fieldwork through the application of data collection techniques such as the Observation Guide. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, i.e. we describe the problem and its proposed solution. The statistical table is where we verify if the research problem exists, which shows that the students of the I.E. “José Quiñones Gonzales” present disruptive behaviors. We conclude as an achievement of the research on the one hand to have justified the problem, that is, to have confirmed the hypothesis, and on the other hand to have elaborated the proposal.
