Abstract

La presente investigación está dirigida a diseñar un programa cognitivo conductual para mejorar el clima social familiar en madres gestantes que acuden a un centro de salud de Jaén, 2021, planteando como hipótesis que a mejor diseño de programa cognitivo conductual puede mejorar el clima social familiar en madres gestantes que acuden a un centro de salud de Jaén, 2021, utilizando un enfoque de tipo descriptivo, propositivo y diseño no experimental, transversal. El instrumento aplicado fue la “Escala de Clima Social Familiar” de Moos y Tricket; la población estuvo constituida por las madres gestantes que asistieron al centro de salud Fila Alta de Jaén, siendo una muestra de 44 beneficiarias; del análisis de la data se ha obtenido en los resultados que el 79.5% de las evaluadas presentan un buen nivel en la dimensión de relación, sin embargo, existe un considerable porcentaje, 52.3% y 68.2% que debe mejorar en las dimensiones de desarrollo y estabilidad.
