| es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research was to design a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on the Multicriteria Decision, with the aim of improving the operational availability of the light vehicle fleet of the JOMAT Logistics Group S.A.C. The study adopted a quantitative, applied approach, with a pre-experimental design and causal correlational scope. The population consisted of the company's entire vehicle fleet, with the sample being 14 light units: 4 Coasters, 5 Combis and 5 4x4 trucks intended for the transportation of personnel to agricultural fields. The analysis period was divided into two stages: PRE (January-June 2023) and POST (July-December 2023). In the PRE phase, 406 failures were identified (155 in Coasters, 184 in Combis, and 67 in Vans), resulting in an operational loss of 236.7 hours, with availability levels of 93.52%, 92.31%, and 94.63%, respectively. Based on the criticality analysis, the most recurrent failures were determined and evaluated using multi-criteria criteria. This allowed for the development of an optimized maintenance plan. In the POST phase, failures were reduced to 94 (44, 38, and 12, respectively), resulting in an operational loss of 119 hours, improving availability to 95.91%, 96.18%, and 97.57%. It is concluded that multi-criteria maintenance significantly increased the availability of the analyzed fleet. | es_PE |
