Propuesta de gestión fundamentada en la teoría de sistemas para mejorar los procesos administrativos en la institución educativa nacional “San José” del nivel primaria – Chiclayo, 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación se enfoca en el estudio de la problemática acerca de una óptima gestión de calidad Administrativa e Institucional de la I.E. “San José” de la Provincia de Chiclayo. El análisis acerca de su problemática nos lleva a determinar nuestro objetivo general: “Diseñar una Propuesta de gestión fundamentada en la teoría de sistemas para mejorar los procesos administrativos en el Nivel Primaria de la Institución Educativa “San José”- Chiclayo, 2017”. Problema central: Deficiente Planificación en los Procesos Administrativos dentro de la Gestión. Este objetivo surge de acuerdo a la investigación realizada y encontrada acerca de la deficiente gestión educativa y la falta de participación, planificación, organización, dirección y control de las actividades gerenciales y administrativas de la Institución Educativa. Por lo tanto y de acuerdo a nuestro tipo de investigación aplicada como Explicativa – Propositiva, se utilizó un instrumento de recolección de datos Cuestionario y la Técnica de la Encuesta, con estos resultados poder determinar nuestra hipótesis: “Si se diseña una Propuesta de Gestión fundamentada en la Teoría de Sistemas, entonces se optimizarán los procesos administrativos en el Nivel Primaria de la I.E. “San José”, de la provincia de Chiclayo. El instrumento aplicativo estuvo dirigido a 50 trabajadores entre docentes y administrativos de la I.E. “San José” del Nivel Primario. Todos los datos recolectados se incluyeron dentro de la base de datos los cuales nos permitieron obtener resultados en tablas y gráficos estadísticos para determinar así nuestras conclusiones y poder presentar nuestra propuesta.

The present research focuses on the study of the problem about an optimal Administrative and Institutional quality management of the I.E. "San José" of the Province of Chiclayo. The analysis of its problems lead us to determine our main objective: "Design a management proposal based on systems theory to improve administrative processes at the Primary Level of the Educational Institution" San José "- Chiclayo, 2018". This objective arises according to the research carried out and found about the deficient educational management and the lack of participation, planning, organization, direction and control of the managerial and administrative activities of the Educational Institution. Therefore and according to our type of applied research as Explanatory - Propositive, a data collection instrument such as the Questionnaire and the Survey Technique was used, with the result of being able to determine our main hypothesis: "If a Management Proposal based on Systems Theory, then the administrative processes are optimized at the Primary Level of the Educational Institution "San José", in the province of Chiclayo. The application instrument was aimed at 50 workers, including teachers and administrators of the I.E. "San José" of the Primary Level. All the data collected were included in the database which allowed us to obtain results in tables and statistical graphs to determine our conclusions and be able to present our proposal.
