Abstract

Para poder obtener mi título profesional de Ingeniero Civil, presento el informe técnico bajo la modalidad de suficiencia profesional, en cumplimiento a los requisitos generales del reglamento de titulación por segunda modalidad - trabajo de suficiencia profesional, el cual lo realizo en labores ejecutadas en la supervision del Proyecto de Integración Vial Tacna - La Paz, Construcción del Tramo III, km. 146+180 (DV. Tripartito) - Km. 187+404 (Frontera con Bolivia), siendo las funciones desempeñadas de asistir al Especialista de Presupuestos, metrados, costo y valorizaciones. El cual tiene la finalidad de hacer llegar los diversos aspectos contractuales del contrato de ejecución de obra, como son las modificaciones contractuales por el incremento de costo y tiempo de la obra, detallando la problemática ocurrida ante una elaboración deficiente del expediente técnico, así mismo se trata de detallar las fases de la supervisión de la obra como son : Actividades previas al inicio ,durante el proceso de ejecución de obra; Actividades en la Recepción y Liquidación de Obra, y enfocándose en los controles de Plazos y Costos en la ejecución del proyecto.

In order to obtain my professional title of Civil Engineer, I present the technical report under the modality of professional sufficiency, in compliance with the general requirements of the qualification regulations by second modality - work of professional sufficiency, which I carry out in tasks carried out in supervision of the Tacna - La Paz Road Integration Project, Construction of Section III, km. 146+180 (Tripartite DV) - Km. 187+404 (Border with Bolivia), the functions performed being to assist the Specialist Engineer in Budgets, measurements, costs and valuations.. Which has the purpose of communicating the various contractual aspects of the administration of the work execution contract, such as contractual modifications due to the increase in cost and time of the work, detailing the problems that occurred due to poor preparation of the technical file, Likewise, it is about detailing the phases of the supervision of the work, such as: Activities prior to the start, during the work execution process; Activities in the Reception and Settlement of Work, and focusing on the controls of Deadlines and Costs in the execution of the project.
