Análisis de la música y cantos tradicionales de Cañarís, recopilada por el Ministerio de Cultura en el año 2015 – 2016

Abstract

La investigación tiene como finalidad analizar la música y cantos tradicionales de Cañaris, provincia de Ferreñafe, región Lambayeque, ante la necesidad de preservar, difundir y revalorar el patrimonio inmaterial lambayecano contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural. En tal sentido se planteó como objetivo general, Caracterizar la Música y cantos tradicionales de Cañaris, a través de análisis musical teniendo en cuenta cuatro dimensiones: el análisis descriptivo, estructural, melódico y armónico a 20 audios recopilados por el ministerio de cultura entre los años 2015-2016. Para tal propósito se llevó a cabo la transcripción a un sistema de partitura de los audios utilizando un instrumento de recopilación de datos denominado: Instrumento de registro de análisis auditivo y de observación musical, lo que permitió realizar el análisis respectivo; obteniéndose que se caracterizan por ser pentatónica en su mayoría, con línea melódica ondulante, grados disjuntos, con acordes menores con una secuencia del I grado al III concluyendo al grado I. también están estrechamente relacionados con actividades de carácter familiar, religioso, ceremonias fúnebres y actividades cotidianas de los habitantes de Cañaris. En conclusión, la música y cantos tradicionales de Cañaris presentan características únicas que los diferencian de la música de otros entornos.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the traditional music and songs of Cañaris, province of Ferreñafe, Lambayeque region, given the need to preserve, disseminate and revalue the intangible heritage of Lambayeque, contributing to the strengthening of cultural identity. In this sense, the general objective was proposed to characterize the music and traditional songs of Cañaris, through musical analysis taking into account four dimensions: descriptive, structural, melodic and harmonic analysis of 20 audios collected by the Ministry of Culture between the years 2015-2016. For this purpose, transcription into a score system of the audios was carried out using a data collection instrument called: Instrument for recording auditory analysis and musical observation, which allowed the respective analysis to be carried out; obtaining that they are characterized by being mostly pentatonic, with an undulating melodic line, disjoint degrees, with minor chords with a sequence from I degree to III concluding at degree I. They are also closely related to family, religious activities, funeral ceremonies and daily activities of the inhabitants of Cañaris. In conclusion, the traditional music and songs of Cañaris present unique characteristics that differentiate them from the music of other environments.
