Extractos vegetales: polifenoles, en la performance de cuyes machos (Cavia porcellus) en fase de crecimiento - acabado, Bagua 2023

Abstract

En la ciudad de Bagua, en una granja familiar, se realizó la presente investigación con el objetivo de Analizar el efecto de los extractos vegetales: polifenoles en la performance de cuyes machos en fase crecimiento-acabado. Estudio cuantitativo, experimental, con una muestra de 60 cuyes, con cuatro tratamientos T0 (0g extracto vegetales/100kg alimento), T1 (100g extracto vegetales/100kg alimento), T2 (150g extracto vegetales/100kg alimento) y T3 (200g extracto vegetales/100kg alimento) con un consumo igual de forraje parar todos los tratamientos (20%PV de maíz chala), además de concentrado. Como resultados tenemos diferencias estadísticas significativa teniendo las medias en cuanto pesos finales y ganancia de peso T2 (807.33g y 517g), T3 (800 g y 512g), menores medias fueron para T1 (776.67g y 487g) y T0 (701.33g y 413.67g). En cuanto al consumo de concentrado tenemos T0 (362.29g), T3 (313.71g), T2 (311.52g) y T1 (301.48g). Respecto a la conversión alimenticia las mejores conversiones la tuvieron T2 (3.50) seguido de T3 (3.54), menores conversiones fueron para T1 (3.7) y T0 (4.5).

In the city of Bagua, on a family farm, this research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the effect of plant extracts: polyphenols on the performance of male guinea pigs in the growth-finishing phase. Quantitative, experimental study, with a sample of 60 guinea pigs, with four treatments T0 (0g vegetable extract/100kg food), T1 (100g vegetable extract/100kg food), T2 (150g vegetable extract/100kg food) and T3 (200g vegetable extract /100kg feed) with an equal consumption of forage for all treatments (20%PV of chala corn), in addition to concentrate. As results we have significant statistical differences having the means in terms of final weights and weight gain T2 (807.33g and 517g), T3 (800 g and 512g), lower means were for T1 (776.67g and 487g) and T0 (701.33g and 413.67g). Regarding the consumption of concentrate we have T0 (362.29g), T3 (313.71g), T2 (311.52g) and T1 (301.48g). Regarding feed conversion, the best conversions were for T2 (3.50) followed by T3 (3.54), the lowest conversions were for T1 (3.7) and T0 (4.5).
