Relación enfermera con el binomio madre-niño menor de 1 año en el control de crecimiento y desarrollo de un centro de salud de Chiclayo, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Caracterizar la relación enfermera con el binomio madre-niño menor de 1 año en el control de crecimiento y desarrollo de un centro de salud de Chiclayo, 2024. Metodología: Cualitativa con abordaje estudio de caso. La población 10 enfermeras que laboran en el control de crecimiento y desarrollo, y 60 madres; la cual, es establecida mediante la muestra por saturación y redundancia; la recolección de datos se realizó por entrevista abierta y observación participante, con sus respectivos instrumentos, guía de entrevista y guía de observación participante, los cuales fueron validados por juicio de 5 expertos. Se consideraron los principios éticos propuestos en el D.S N° 011-2011-JUS. Resultados: La relación enfermera con el binomio madre-niño, se fundamenta en una comunicación de manera clara, sencilla y simple; asimismo frente a procedimientos dolorosos incorporan estrategias tales como: la caricia y las palabras alentadoras. Sin embargo, algunas enfermeras al ingresar el binomio madre-niño al control de CRED, omiten el saludo respectivo, no existe la disponibilidad de ayuda en el desvestir y vestir del niño durante el examen físico, inadecuada infraestructura e incumplimiento de la normativa debido a la alta demanda de niños y poca oferta de profesionales. Consideraciones finales: La interacción entre la enfermera y el binomio madre-niño, abarca desde la llegada hasta el final del cuidado, involucrando una serie de procedimientos en los cuales la enfermera desempeña un papel fundamental como guía, educadora e informadora para la madre.

Results: The relationship between nurses and the mother-child binomial is based on clear, simple and easy communication; also, when faced with painful procedures, they incorporate strategies such as: caresses and encouraging words. However, some nurses, when entering the mother-child binomial for the CRED control, omit the respective greeting, there is no availability of help in undressing and dressing the child during the physical examination, inadequate infrastructure and non-compliance with regulations due to the high demand for children and low supply of professionals. Final considerations: The interaction between the nurse and the mother-child binomial, covers from the arrival to the end of care, involving a series of procedures in which the nurse plays a fundamental role as a guide, educator and informant for the mother.
