Evaluación de eficiencia y optimización de construcción de nueva sede de agencia bancaria - Distrito de Jaén, Provincia de Jaén, Región Cajamarca

Abstract

El presente informe describe mi experiencia profesional en el proyecto EVALUACION DE EFICIENCIA Y OPTIMIZACION DE CONSTRUCCION DE NUEVA SEDE DE AGENCIA BANCARIA - DISTRITO DE JAEN, PROVINCIA DE JAEN, REGION CAJAMARCA, orientado a la implementación de una infraestructura moderna, funcional y acorde a los requerimientos de la entidad. La importancia de este proyecto radica en su contribución al fortalecimiento institucional, mejorando las condiciones operativas y la calidad del servicio brindado a la comunidad. El propósito principal del informe es documentar y analizar las distintas etapas del proyecto, desde la evaluación inicial del terreno hasta la supervisión de obra, considerando los criterios técnicos aplicados, el cumplimiento de costos, plazos y estándares de calidad. Asimismo, se identifican los principales desafíos técnicos y administrativos enfrentados, y se proponen recomendaciones orientadas a mejorar la planificación y ejecución de futuras sedes institucionales con un enfoque funcional y moderno.

This report describes my professional experience in the project "EFFICIENCY EVALUATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BANK BRANCH HEADQUARTERS - JAEN DISTRICT, JAEN PROVINCE, CAJAMARCA REGION." This project focuses on the implementation of a modern, functional infrastructure that meets the institution's requirements. The importance of this project lies in its contribution to institutional strengthening, improving operating conditions and the quality of service provided to the community. The main purpose of the report is to document and analyze the different stages of the project, from the initial site assessment to construction supervision, considering the applied technical criteria, cost compliance, deadlines, and quality standards. It also identifies the main technical and administrative challenges faced and proposes recommendations aimed at improving the planning and execution of future institutional headquarters with a functional and modern approach.
