Propuesta de estrategias para mejorar la calidad del servicio educativo en la Institución Educativa Primaria N°11229 Libertador San Martín del caserío San José del distrito de Mórrope - 2024

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo diseñar estrategias para mejorar la calidad del servicio educativo de la Institución Educativa Primaria N°11229 Libertador San Martín del Caserío San José del distrito de Mórrope – 2024, tipo de investigación aplicada propositiva. La población estuvo conformada por 3 estratos; el primero por una directora y 3 docentes, el segundo por 120 alumnos y el tercer por 82 padres de familia. La muestra es igual que la población; excepto en el estrato 2 donde utilizo un muestreo por conveniencia que estuviera conformado por 30 alumnos de 5to y 6to grado de primaria. Técnicas utilizadas fueron: análisis documental, encuesta y la entrevista. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron fichas y formatos, guía de la entrevista conformada por 6 preguntas, 3 cuestionarios para docentes de 32 preguntas, estudiantes 18 preguntas y padres de familia 19 preguntas, se encontró que la directora en la entrevista realizada indico que existe una falta de interés de los padres de familia por la participación de su hijo hacia la I.E; el 50% de docentes están totalmente en desacuerdo que exista personal calificado en el área de informática y. Además, el 50% está en desacuerdo sin considerar que no manejan adecuadamente los equipos tecnológicos (laptop, proyectores, impresora). Así mismo el 75% de docentes están de acuerdo que existe una falta de capacitación por parte del personal existente para el proceso administrativo en la I.E.

The present thesis aimed to design strategies to improve the quality of the educational service of the Primary Educational Institution No. 11229 Libertador San Martín of the San José hamlet of the Mórrope district - 2024, type of applied proactive research. The population was made up of 3 strata; the first by a director and 3 teachers, the second by 120 students and the third by 82 parents. The sample is the same as the population; except in stratum 2 where a convenience sampling was used that was made up of 30 students from 5th and 6th grade of primary school. Techniques used were: documentary analysis, survey and interview. The instruments used were cards and formats, an interview guide consisting of 6 questions, 3 questionnaires for teachers of 32 questions, students 18 questions and parents 19 questions, it was found that the director in the interview indicated that there is a lack of interest from parents for their child's participation in the IE; 50% of teachers strongly disagree with the existence of qualified IT staff. Furthermore, 50% disagree, without considering the lack of adequate management of technological equipment (laptop, projectors, printer). Likewise, 75% of teachers agree that there is a lack of training among existing staff in the administrative process at the school.
