Integración y Desarrollo de Nuevos Servicios en la Plataforma Consulta Pide - SUNEDU

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional se enfoca en la experiencia profesional en el proyecto “INTEGRACIÓN Y DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS SERVICIOS EN LA PLATAFORMA CONSULTA PIDE -SUNEDU” de la Superintendencia Nacional de Educación Superior Universitaria - SUNEDU, el cual tiene como finalidad realizar la integración y desarrollo de nuevos servicios proporcionado por la Plataforma de Interoperabilidad del Estado (PIDE). La implementación se dividió en dos fases: el desarrollo del backend (WS_PIDE) para el consumo seguro de servicios públicos mediante APIs, y el frontend que permite una interacción amigable para los usuarios mediante formularios web. La arquitectura diseñada asegura escalabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia, optimizando los procesos administrativos y fortaleciendo la interoperabilidad entre SUNEDU y diversas entidades públicas como MINEDU, SUNAT, MEF, entre otras. La experiencia evidencia una aplicación efectiva de los conocimientos teóricos y prácticos de la ingeniería de sistemas, resaltando el uso de buenas prácticas de desarrollo y la orientación hacia la transformación digital del Estado

This Professional Proficiency Project focuses on professional experience in the project "INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SERVICES IN THE PIDE CONSULTATION PLATFORM - SUNEDU" of the National Superintendency of Higher University Education (SUNEDU). The purpose of this project is to integrate and develop new services provided by the State Interoperability Platform (PIDE). The implementation was divided into two phases: the development of the backend (WS_PIDE) for the secure consumption of public services through APIs, and the frontend, which enables user-friendly interaction through web forms. The designed architecture ensures scalability, security, and efficiency, optimizing administrative processes and strengthening interoperability between SUNEDU and various public entities such as MINEDU, SUNAT, MEF, among others. The experience demonstrates an effective application of theoretical and practical knowledge of systems engineering, highlighting the use of good development practices and a focus on the digital transformation of the State.
