Propuesta del programa “CORPODANCE” como estrategia artística para mejorar la calidad de vida del adulto mayor del CIAM, Lambayeque 2023

Abstract

El propósito central de este estudio consistió en proponer el programa “CORPODANCE” como estrategia artística para mejorar la calidad de vida del adulto mayor del CIAM, Lambayeque 2023. Con el fin de abordar este objetivo, la autora optó por un enfoque de estudio básico, con diseño no experimental, orientado cuantitativamente, utilizando la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como medio para recopilar datos. La muestra incluyó a 50 individuos, quienes expresaron sus percepciones respecto a las cuestiones planteadas. Los resultados revelaron que el 54% de los adultos mayores dentro de la entidad gubernamental evaluada presentaron un nivel de calidad de vida considerado como regular. Paralelamente, un 42% indicó un nivel bajo, mientras que el 4% restante lo alcanzó en un nivel alto. En última instancia, se pudo constatar, de acuerdo con el objetivo general, que la propuesta del programa "CORPODANCE" como estrategia artística contribuye a mejorar la calidad de vida de los adultos mayores en el Centro Integral del Adulto Mayor (CIAM) en Lambayeque durante el período 2023.

The central purpose of this study was to propose the "CORPODANCE" program as an artistic strategy to improve the quality of life of the elderly in CIAM, Lambayeque 2023. In order to address this objective, the author opted for a basic study approach, with a non-experimental design, quantitatively oriented, using the survey as a technique and the questionnaire as a means to collect data. The sample included 50 individuals, who expressed their perceptions regarding the issues raised. The results revealed that 54% of the older adults within the government entity evaluated presented a level of quality of life considered as regular. At the same time, 42% indicated a low level, while the remaining 4% reached a high level. Ultimately, in accordance with the general objective, it was found that the proposal of the "CORPODANCE" program as an artistic strategy contributes to improving the quality of life of older adults in the Integral Center for Older Adults (CIAM) in Lambayeque during the period 2023.
