Creación del Servicio de Transitabilidad Vehicular y Peatonal en la U.V. Casuerinas, U.V. Señor de la Justicia (Sector norte), U.V. Héctor Aurich Soto (Sector norte) del distrito de Ferreñafe - provincia de Ferreñafe - departamento de Lambayeque

Abstract

El presente informe de Suficiencia Profesional contiene la descripción detallada de los trabajos realizados como asistente del ingeniero residente de la obra “CREACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD VEHICULAR Y PEATONAL EN LA U.V. CASUERINAS, U.V. SEÑOR DE LA JUSTICIA (SECTOR NORTE), U.V. HÉCTOR AURICH SOTO (SECTOR NORTE) DEL DISTRITO DE FERREÑAFE - PROVINCIA DE FERREÑAFE - DEPARTAMENTO DE LAMBAYEQUE”. Con la finalidad de dar a conocer aspectos generales de la obra (Antecedentes, localización, vías de acceso, población beneficiaría, solución a las deficiencias con la aplicación de la ingeniería). Asimismo, aspectos administrativos (elaboración de valorizaciones de obra, ampliación de plazos, adicionales de obra, mayores metrados, liquidación de obra), durante las diferentes etapas de la ejecución de la obra, de acuerdo a lo estipulado en el expediente técnico de obra aprobado y en conformidad con la correcta aplicación del reglamento de la ley N°30225, Ley de Contrataciones con el Estado. El proyecto contempla la pavimentación con concreto premezclado de resistencia a flexión 4.0 MPa, construcción de veredas de concreto simple f'c=175 kg/cm2 de e=0.10 m, construcción de martillos de concreto simple F’c=175 kg/cm2, construcción de rampas de concreto simple F’c=175 kg/cm2, construcción de sardineles de concreto F ́c=175 kg/cm2, sembrado de áreas verdes, señalización, reposición, nivelación y conexión de servicio básicos, implementación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo junto con el especialista, así mismo se realizó el monitoreo del plan de manejo ambiental y monitoreo arqueológico. Por la envergadura de la obra, la diversidad de actividades, recursos y variaciones presentadas en la ejecución de la obra, se ha optado por este informe detallado, con la finalidad de obtener el título profesional de Ingeniero Civil mediante la modalidad de TRABAJO POR SUFICIENCIA PROFESIONAL.

This Professional Proficiency report contains a detailed description of the work performed as Assistant to the Resident Engineer for the project “CREATION OF THE VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN TRANSIT SERVICE IN THE U.V. CASUERINAS, U.V. SEÑOR DE LA JUSTICIA (NORTH SECTOR), U.V. HÉCTOR AURICH SOTO (NORTH SECTOR) OF THE FERREÑAFE DISTRICT - FERREÑAFE PROVINCE - LAMBAYEQUE DEPARTMENT”. The purpose of this project is to present and make known the general aspects of the project (Background, location, access roads, beneficiary population, solution to the deficiencies with the application of engineering). Likewise, administrative aspects (preparation of work appraisals, extension of deadlines, additional work, higher measurements, settlement of work), during the different stages of the execution of the work, in accordance with the provisions of the approved Technical Work File and in accordance with the correct application of the Regulations of Law No. 30225, Law on Contracting with the State. The project includes paving with premixed concrete with a flexural strength of 4.0 MPa, construction of plain concrete sidewalks f'c=175 kg/cm2 of e=0.10 m, construction of plain concrete hammers F'c=175 kg/cm2, construction of plain concrete ramps F'c=175 kg/cm2, construction of concrete curbs F'c=175 kg/cm2, planting of green areas, signage, replacement, leveling and connection of basic services, implementation of the health and safety plan at work together with the specialist, and monitoring of the environmental management plan and archaeological monitoring. Due to the scope of the work, the diversity of activities, resources and variations presented in the execution of the work, this project has been chosen, with the purpose of obtaining the professional title of Civil Engineer through the modality of WORK FOR PROFESSIONAL SUFFICIENCY.
