La incidencia del centro de desarrollo étnico en el pueblo afroperuano de la macro región Lambayeque y Piura, 2023.

Abstract

La presente tesis se llevó a cabo con la finalidad de determinar la incidencia del Centro de Desarrollo Étnico en el pueblo afroperuano de la macro región Lambayeque y Piura en 2023. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se empleó un enfoque mixto, un diseño no experimental, un nivel descriptivo y un corte transversal. Como técnica, se recurrió a la encuesta y la entrevista; como instrumentos, se emplearon el cuestionario y la guía de entrevista estructurada. Para la recolección de los datos, los cuales fueron aplicados a 50 representantes y asociados de las 7 organizaciones afroperuanas y se realizaron 5 entrevistas a directivos de las organizaciones afroperuanas seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Dentro de los principales resultados, se encontró que el Centro de Desarrollo Étnico incide positivamente en el pueblo afroperuano a través de sus actividades, acciones y la creación de redes afroperuanas. En ese sentido, se concluye que el Centro de Desarrollo Étnico ha unido y fortalecido a las organizaciones afroperuanas en la región de Lambayeque y Piura, estableciendo planes de trabajo y creando redes de organizaciones afroperuanas en Lambayeque y Piura, así como una red macrorregional.

The present thesis was carried out with the aim of determining the incidence of the Ethnic Development Center in the Afro-Peruvian community of the Lambayeque and Piura macroregion in 2023. For the development of the research, a mixed approach, a non-experimental design, a descriptive level, and a cross-sectional cut were used. The survey and interview were used as techniques, and the questionnaire and structured interview guide were employed as instruments.

For data collection, which was applied to 50 representatives and associates of the 7 Afro- Peruvian organizations, and 5 interviews were conducted with directors of the Afro-Peruvian

organizations selected through convenience non-probabilistic sampling. Among the main results, it was found that the Ethnic Development Center positively impacts the Afro-Peruvian community through its activities, actions, and the creation of Afro-Peruvian networks. In this

sense, it is concluded that the Ethnic Development Center has united and strengthened the Afro- Peruvian organizations in the Lambayeque and Piura region, establishing work plans and

creating networks of Afro-Peruvian organizations in Lambayeque and Piura, as well as a macro- regional network.
