Gestión de la ecoeficiencia en el sector de la construcción en la región Lambayeque periodo 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por finalidad evaluar la gestión actual de la ecoeficiencia en el sector de la construcción en la región Lambayeque, para poder realizar esa evaluación se plantearon 4 objetivos específicos: Determinar el nivel ecoeficiente del uso del agua, el nivel ecoeficiente de la energía, nivel ecoeficiente del transporte y el nivel ecoeficiente de los suministros de las empresas del sector de construcción de la región Lambayeque, esto se realizó por medio de un instrumento de recolección de datos, un cuestionario que mida las variables el sector construcción y la gestión de la ecoeficiencia. Su diseño de investigación fue no experimental de tipo observacional-prospectivo. Entre los resultados obtenidos se determinó que la gestión global de la ecoeficiencia de las empresas del sector construcción de la región Lambayeque se encuentra en proceso a excepción de la gestión de ecoeficiencia del agua que está en inicio. Se llego a la conclusión, aunque hay algunas empresas que han demostrado un compromiso con la sostenibilidad (81.38%) y han implementado prácticas ecoeficientes, la mayoría aún no ha adoptado medidas efectivas para reducir el impacto medioambiental del transporte por lo cual se encuentra en proceso (Nivel medio: 70.74%).

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the current management of eco-efficiency in the construction sector in the Lambayeque region. In order to carry out this evaluation, 4 specific objectives were proposed: Determine the eco-efficient level of water use, the eco-efficient level of energy , eco-efficient level of transportation and the eco-efficient level of supplies of companies in the construction sector of the Lambayeque region, this was carried out through a data collection instrument, a questionnaire that measures the variables of the

construction sector and the management of eco-efficiency. Its research design was non- experimental, observational-prospective.

Among the results obtained, it was determined that the global management of eco-efficiency of companies in the construction sector in the Lambayeque region is in process with the exception of water eco-efficiency management, which is in the beginning. The conclusion was reached, although there are some companies that have demonstrated a commitment to sustainability (81.38%) and have implemented eco-efficient practices, the majority have not yet adopted effective measures to reduce the environmental impact of transportation, which is why they are in the process. (Average level: 70.74%).
