Relación entre riesgos psicosociales con el estrés laboral, en los trabajadores de la Empresa Daira SAC, Chiclayo 2022

Abstract

El presente informe de tesis se llevó a cabo para determinar la relación existente entre los riesgos psicosociales con el estrés laboral en los trabajadores de la empresa Daira. SAC. La investigación es de tipo cuantitativa, bivariado y de nivel relacional. Se consideró como unidad de estudio a los trabajadores del Área de almacén y logística. Cuyo marco muestral, consignado por nomina, son de 30 trabajadores, muestra que ha sido elegida por conveniencia. Como instrumento de recolección de datos para la primera variable, se utilizó el Test de Suseso-istas21 (versión breve), la cual analiza los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo; para la segunda variable el inventario de Maslach, que estudia la situación del estrés laboral. Los resultados arrojaron una correlación negativa baja, cuyo valor de significancia fue de (p=0.899>=0.05) situación que supera el margen de error establecido, lo cual, concluye que estadísticamente no existe relación significativa entre los riesgos psicosociales y el estrés laboral en la empresa Dayra SAC; hecho que será objeto de estudio para futuras investigaciones y aportes a distintos campos del conocimiento.

The present investigation was carried out to determine the relationship that exists between the psychosocial risk with work stress, in the workers of the Daira company. SAC. The research is quantitative, bivariate, relational level. The workers of the Warehouse and Logistics Area were considered as the study unit. Whose sampling frame, consigned by payroll, is 30 workers, shows that it has been chosen for convenience. As a data collection instrument for the first variable, the Suseso-istas21 Test (short version) was used, which analyzes psychosocial risks at work; for the second variable, the Maslach inventory, which studies the situation of work stress. The results showed a low negative correlation, whose significance value was (p=0.899>=0.05), a situation that exceeds the established margin of error. Which, it is concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship between psychosocial risk and work stress in the company Dayra SAC. Fact that will be studied for future research and contributions to different fields of knowledge.
