El control interno y la gestión administrativa según los trabajadores de la municipalidad de José Leonardo Ortiz-Lambayeque

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el control interno y la gestión administrativa según los trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de José Leonardo Ortiz – Lambayeque, la investigación fue aplicada cuantitativa, diseño no experimental, correlacional transversal, la población y muestra iguales conformada por 258 trabajadores, muestreo no probabilístico censal, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios de 14 preguntas para la variable control interno y 15 preguntas para la variable gestión administrativa ambos con escala tipo Likert, se halló que la Significancia bilateral fue de 0.000 <0.05, asimismo para identificar la relación y dirección de las variables se utilizó Rho Spearman obteniendo un coeficiente de correlación de 0.700, concluyéndose que el control interno se relaciona de manera positiva y alta con la gestión administrativa, según los trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de José Leonardo Ortiz.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between internal control and administrative management according to the workers of the district municipality of José Leonardo Ortiz - Lambayeque, the research was applied quantitative, non-experimental design, cross- sectional correlational, the population and sample equal made up of 258 workers, non-probabilistic census sampling, the survey technique was used and as an instrument two questionnaires of 14 questions for the internal control variable and 15 questions for the administrative management variable both with a Likert-type scale, it was found that the bilateral significance was 0.000 <0.05, also to identify the relationship and direction of the variables, Rho Spearman was used, obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.700, concluding that internal control is related in a positive and high way with administrative management, according to the workers of the district municipality of José Leonardo Ortiz.
