Condiciones Socioculturales y Nivel de Identificación del Soldado en el Servicio Militar Voluntario en la 7a Brigada de Infantería. Guarniciones Lambayeque y Pimentel – 2014

Abstract

En la presente investigación se estudiarán las condiciones socioculturales y la identificación del soldado durante el servicio militar voluntario en las Guarniciones Lambayeque y Pimentel de la 7a Brigada de Infantería. Este trabajo se desarrolló utilizando los aportes de la teoría de la complejidad, teoría del interaccionismo simbólico y la teoría de cultura organizacional, con una metodología mixta, la información se obtendrá utilizando las técnicas de observación, entrevista abierta a profundidad, focus group y encuesta. En los que participarán integrantes del ejército como comandantes de unidad y personal de tropa del servicio militar voluntario de las Guarniciones de Lambayeque y Pimentel de la 7a Brigada de Infantería. Con todos estos resultados permitirá proponer un modelo de condiciones socioculturales en la cultura organizacional para desarrollar la identificación del soldado durante el servicio militar voluntario; en las Guarniciones de Lambayeque y Pimentel de la 7a Brigada de Infantería, con el ejército.

In this investigation will be studied the socio-cultural conditions and the identification of soldier during voluntary military service in Lambayeque garrisons and Pimentel seventh Infantry Brigade. This work was developed using the contributions of complexity theory, symbolic interaction theory and the theory of organizational culture, with a mixed methodology, information will be obtained using the techniques of observation, open-depth interview, focus group and survey. Will participate the members of army as unit commanders and troop personnel of voluntary military service of the garrisons of Lambayeque and Pimentel of the seventh Infantry Brigade. With all these results allow us to propose a model of sociocultural conditions in the organizational culture for develop the identification for soldier during voluntary military service; in the garrisons of Lambayeque and Pimentel in the seventh Infantry Brigade, with the army.
