Seguridad y salud ocupacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Pallets Standard E.I.R.L., Mórrope 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Seguridad y salud ocupacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Pallets Standard E.I.R.L., Mórrope 2024”, el objetivo fue determinar de qué manera la seguridad y salud ocupacional se relaciona en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa. Tipo descriptiva con diseño no experimental – Transversal. La población y la muestra iguales, 34 colaboradores. Técnica la encuesta, y se utilizó un cuestionario que constó de 26 y 19 ítems respectivamente para cada variable, con escala de tipo Likert. Los resultados obtenidos fueron un (Rho=0.854** y un Sig. = 0.00), por tanto, existe una relación positiva alta entre la Seguridad y salud ocupacional y el desempeño laboral de la empresa Pallets Standard E.I.R.L, Mórrope 2024.

The present research, entitled "Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Performance of the Employees of Pallets Standard E.I.R.L., Mórrope 2024”, the objective was to determine how occupational health and safety is related to the work performance

of the company's employees. The study followed a descriptive type with a non- experimental, cross-sectional design. The population and sample were the same,

consisting of 34 employees. The survey was used as the data collection technique, applying a questionnaire consisting of 26 and 19 items for each variable, respectively, using a Likert-type scale. The results showed a Rho = 0.854 and a Sig. = 0.00; therefore, there is a strong positive relationship between occupational health and safety and the work performance of the employees at Pallets Standard E.I.R.L., Mórrope 2024.
