Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo en los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Administración de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables de la Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo de la Ciudad de Lambayeque – 2017

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el Liderazgo y el Trabajo en Equipo en los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Administración -FACEAC - UNPRG. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, aplicando a 354 estudiantes del I al X ciclo, dos cuestionarios de 32 y 15 ítems tipo Likert, para medir el Liderazgo y Trabajo en Equipo. Los resultados más destacados son, las alumnas son más entusiastas, creíbles y leales, muestran mayor interés por la necesidad de sus compañeros y siempre consultan para tomar decisiones, los alumnos apoyan más las acciones de sus compañeros y tanto mujeres como varones son reflexivos, razonables y lógicos para solucionar problemas y proponer ideas creativas. En el liderazgo se encontró que los estudiantes en todos los niveles tienen regular funcionamiento. Todos los estudiantes de los diferentes ciclos participan en las reuniones buscando soluciones claras y detalladas, distinguen como su trabajo ayuda al bienestar de todos y se esfuerzan por no defraudar a los integrantes del equipo. Los alumnos y alumnas al trabajar en equipo son participativos, tienen la moral alta para tratar los temas más importantes y difíciles; los mismos que lo analizan buscando siempre soluciones claras y sencillas. La mayoría de los estudiantes al trabajar en equipo tienen de regular a buen funcionamiento. Se encontró que existe un alto grado de relación entre el liderazgo con el trabajo en equipo en los estudiantes de la escuela de administración de la FACEAC de la UNPRG de la ciudad de Lambayeque.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between Leadership and Teamwork in the students of the Professional School of Administration -FACEAC - UNPRG. The survey technique was used, applying to 354 students from I to X cycle, two questionnaires of 32 and 15 Likert-type items, to measure Leadership and Teamwork. The most outstanding results are, the students are more enthusiastic, credible and loyal, show greater interest in the needs of their classmates and always consult to make decisions, students are more supportive of their classmates and both women and men are thoughtful, reasonable and logicians to solve problems and come up with creative ideas. In leadership it was found that students at all levels have regular functioning. All the students of the different cycles participate in the meetings seeking clear and detailed solutions, recognize how their work contributes to the well-being of all and strive not to disappoint the team members. The students when working as a teams are participative, they have high morale to deal with the most important and difficult topics; the same ones that analyze it, always looking for clear and simple solutions. Most of the students when working in a team have from regular to good functioning. It was found that there is a high degree of relationship between leadership and teamwork in students of the school of administration of the Faculty of Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences of the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University of the city of Lambayeque.
