Evaluación y aprobación del expediente técnico y seguimiento del proceso constructivo de la ejecución de la obra: Mejoramiento del servicio de educación inicial en la IEI N° 304, distrito de Callayuc, provincia Cutervo, departamento Cajamarca.

Abstract

El presente informe contiene mi experiencia profesional en uno de los proyectos que he participado: EVALUACION Y APROBACION DEL EXPEDIENTE TECNICO Y SEGUIMIENTO DEL PROCESO CONSTRUCTIVO DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA OBRA: “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE EDUCACION INICIAL EN LA IEI N° 304, DISTRITO DE CALLAYUC, PROVINCIA CUTERVO, DEPARTAMENTO CAJAMARCA”. La importancia de este proyecto de inversión pública (PIP), es el CIERRE DE BRECHAS DE ACCESO AL SERVICIO DE EDUCACIÓN INICIAL de 90 niños del distrito de Callayuc, provincia de Cutervo – Cajamarca, y al mismo tiempo se enmarca dentro de una de las cuatro fases del Ciclo de Inversión, según el art. 4, del D.L N° 1252 del INVIERTE.PE (Programación Multianual, Formulación y Evaluación, Ejecución y Funcionamiento); la fase desarrollada en el presente informe, es la fase de EJECUCION, que comprende la elaboración del Expediente Técnico y la ejecución física y financiera del proyecto respectivamente. El objetivo principal de este informe es compartir mi experiencia adquirida al desarrollar el presente proyecto; en donde fui responsable de la evaluación y aprobación del Expediente Técnico de obra y encargado de dar seguimiento al proceso constructivo de la ejecución de esta. El proyecto se ejecutó con un monto contractual de S/ 1,259,854.50 (Un millón doscientos cincuenta y nueve mil ochocientos cincuenta y cuatro con 50/100 soles), que alberga a 90 niños de 3 a 5 años de edad.

This report contains my professional experience in one of the projects in which I participate: EVALUATION AND APPROVAL OF THE TECHNICAL FILE AND MONITORING OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK: “IMPROVEMENT OF THE INITIAL EDUCATION SERVICE IN THE IEI N° 304, CALLAYUC DISTRICT, CUTERVO PROVINCE, CAJAMARCA DEPARTMENT”. The importance of this public investment project (PIP) is the CLOSING OF ACCESS GAPS TO THE INITIAL EDUCATION SERVICE for 90 children from the district of Callayuc, province of Cutervo – Cajamarca, and at the same time it is framed within one of the four phases of the Investment Cycle, according to art. 4, of D.L No. 1252 of INVIERTE.PE (Multi-annual Programming, Formulation and Evaluation, Execution and Operation); The phase developed in this report is the EXECUTION phase, which includes the preparation of the Technical File and the physical and financial execution of the project respectively. The main objective of this report is to share my experience acquired when developing this project; where I was responsible for the evaluation and approval of the Technical Work File and in charge of monitoring the construction process of its execution. The project was executed with a contractual amount of S/ 1,259,854.50 (One million two hundred fifty-nine thousand eight hundred fifty-four and 50/100 soles), which houses 90 children from 3 to 5 years of age.
