La elaboración del proyecto es esencial porque radica en diagnosticar y mejorar de forma integral las condiciones viales y peatonales que afectan la movilidad de residentes, comerciantes y visitantes. Mediante un diagnóstico preciso se identifican cuellos de botella, puntos críticos de inseguridad y deficiencias en infraestructura, lo que aporta información técnica para proponer soluciones optimizadas que reduzcan los tiempos de desplazamiento y los costos operativos, al mismo tiempo que incrementen la seguridad y comodidad de los usuarios. Este enfoque integral favorece la cohesión urbana, estimula el desarrollo económico local al facilitar el acceso a mercados y servicios y promueve intervenciones sostenibles alineadas con políticas estratégicas y sociales. El objetivo principal de este informe es exponer la experiencia adquirida durante la elaboración del Exp. Técnico del Proy. “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSITABILIDAD VEHICULAR Y PEATONAL EN EL SECTOR JARRIN, DISTRITO DE TUMÁN, PROV. CHICLAYO, DEP. LAMBAYEQUE” (CUI 2543109). Para ello, se detallan las actividades realizadas: la revisión y compilación de documentos técnicos, la elaboración del presupuesto, la valorización de entregables y la verificación del control de calidad de los estudios, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares exigidos y aportando una visión práctica sobre la gestión y coordinación de cada fase del proceso
