Análisis del control económico de la Rehabilitación del Local Escolar 10042 Monseñor Juan Tomis Stack – P.J. Túpac Amaru – distrito y provincia de Chiclayo, departamento Lambayeque

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación reúne mi experiencia profesional adquirida como parte del equipo técnico en la obra: “REHABILITACIÓN DEL LOCAL ESCOLAR 10042 MONSEÑOR JUAN TOMIS STACK CON (CÓDIGO LOCAL 275768) – P.J. TÚPAC AMARU – DISTRITO Y PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO, DEPARTAMENTO LAMBAYEQUE”.

La relevancia de este proyecto radica en su aporte en mejorar las condiciones adecuadas para la prestación de servicios educativos en la población escolar de la Institución Educativa N° 10042, elevando la calidad de la educación en los niveles inicial, primaria y secundaria mediante la implementación de una infraestructura física apropiada, diseñada conforme a todos los aspectos técnicos y normativos necesarios para este tipo de edificación. Culminándose con el cumplimiento integral de las metas del proyecto y puesta en funcionamiento.

El estudio desarrollado en el presente informe se enfoca en la evaluación y análisis del control económico de la obra indicada, abarcando la evaluación de las valorizaciones mensuales de la obra principal y de las correspondientes a los siete adicionales que se suscitaron durante su ejecución, verificando la cuantificación económica de los avances físicos, determinación de los reajustes de precios, cálculo de deducciones de reajustes que no corresponden por pago de adelantos y control de las amortizaciones del adelanto directo y de materiales.

This research work gathers my professional experience acquired as part of the technical team in the project: “REHABILITATION OF SCHOOL LOCAL 10042 MONSEÑOR JUAN TOMIS STACK CON (LOCAL CODE 275768) - P.J. TÚPAC AMARU - DISTRICT AND PROVINCE OF CHICLAYO, DEPARTMENT OF LAMBAYEQUE”.

The relevance of this project lies in its contribution to improve the adequate conditions for the provision of educational services to the school population of the Educational Institution N° 10042, raising the quality of education at the initial, primary and secondary levels through the implementation of an appropriate physical infrastructure, designed according to all the technical and regulatory aspects necessary for this type of building. Culminating with the integral fulfillment of the goals of the project and putting it into operation.

The study developed in this report focuses on the evaluation and analysis of the economic control of the indicated work, covering the evaluation of the monthly valuations of the main work and those corresponding to the seven additional works that occurred during its execution, verifying the economic quantification of the physical advances, determination of the price readjustments, calculation of deductions of readjustments that do not correspond for payment of advances and control of the amortizations of the direct advance and of materials.
