Plan de evaluación para mejorar la gestión pedagógica del aula de innovación pedagógica de la I. E “José Eusebio Merino y Vinces”, distrito de Sullana, región Piura, 2017-2018

Abstract

El estudio tiene por finalidad proponer un Plan de evaluación para mejorar la gestión pedagógica del aula de innovación pedagógica de la institución educativa “José Eusebio Merino y Vinces” del distrito de Sullana, de la región Piura. En consecuencia, la hipótesis de trabajo quedó planteada de la siguiente manera: Un Plan de evaluación, mejorará la gestión pedagógica del AIP de la I.E. “José Eusebio Merino y Vinces” del distrito de Sullana, de la región Piura. En consecuencia, el campo de estudio está relacionado con un plan para la evaluación de la gestión pedagógica del AIP. El Aula de Innovación Pedagógica, es el espacio de interacción entre docentes y estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje mediados por las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones-NTICS. Se aplicó un cuestionario a los docentes del referido centro educativo para conocer las funciones del docente encargado del AIP, así como, una entrevista a la docente encargada de dicha AIP; encontrándose que la docente cumple eficientemente con dicha función; sin embargo, los profesores no hacen uso del aula en sus procesos formativos.

The purpose of the study is to propose an evaluation plan to improve the pedagogical management of the pedagogical innovation classroom (PIC) of the educational institution “José Eusebio Merino y Vinces” in the district of Sullana, in the Piura region. Consequently, the working hypothesis was raised as follows: An evaluation plan will improve the pedagogical management of the PIC of the I.E. “José Eusebio Merino y Vinces” of the district of Sullana, Piura region. The field of study is related to a plan for the evaluation of the pedagogical management of the PIC. The Pedagogical Innovation Classroom is the space for interaction between teachers and students in the teaching and learning process mediated by New Information and Communication Technologies-NTICS. A questionnaire was applied to the teachers of the referred educational center to find out the functions of the teacher in charge of the PIC, as well as an interview with the teacher in charge of said PIC; finding that the teacher efficiently fulfills this function; however, teachers do not use the classroom in their training processes.
