Gestión educativa estratégica y la calidad de servicio educativo en la virtualidad de la IE. Juan Pablo Vizcardo Y Guzmán- Chiclayo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar cuál es la relación existente entre la gestión educativa estratégica y la calidad de servicio educativo en la virtualidad en la IE. “Juan Pablo Vizcardo y Guzmán” de Chiclayo año 2021. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo no experimental, su diseño es correlacional y de naturaleza descriptiva.

Para el desarrollo de este estudio se ha recopilado datos de cuestionarios debidamente validados los mismos que fueron aplicados a maestros y alumnos, estos datos fueron analizados e interpretados, obteniéndose como resultados estadísticos en lo que respecta a la correlación de Spearman de rho=0,754 y rho =0.89 para maestros y alumnos respectivamente, estos valores permiten rechazar las hipótesis nula y validar las hipótesis de la investigación por tal motivo se pudo concluir que si existe una relación directa y significativa entre la gestión educativa estratégica y la calidad del servicio educativo en la virtualidad de la IE. “Juan Pablo Vizcardo Y Guzmán- Chiclayo” en el año 2021 desde la perspectiva del docente y del alumno.

The main objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between strategic educational management and the quality of educational service in virtuality in EI. “Juan Pablo Vizcardo y Guzmán” from Chiclayo, 2021. This research has a quantitative, non-experimental approach, its design is correlational and descriptive in nature.

For the development of this study, data has been collected from duly validated questionnaires that were applied to teachers and students. These data were analyzed and interpreted, obtaining statistical results regarding the Spearman correlation of rho=0.754 and rho =0.89 for teachers and students respectively, these values allow us to reject the null hypotheses and validate the research hypotheses. For this reason, it was possible to conclude that there is a direct and significant relationship between strategic educational management and the quality
