Diseño de infraestructura tecnológica para la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional desarrolla la experiencia profesional aplicada al apoyo en la elaboración del Expediente Técnico para el Proyecto de Inversión “MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE INFORMACIÓN EN LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE CHICLAYO DEL DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO DE LA PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE LAMBAYEQUE”, con CUI: 2626194, este proyecto tuvo como finalidad la adquisición de Infraestructura de TI para mejorar el actual Centro de Datos, Conectividad MAN entre Sedes, Cableado Estructurado de Oficinas y Equipamiento de cómputo en la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo; respecto al ámbito de la especialidad en Redes y Telecomunicaciones, mi apoyo profesional abarcó los puntos de Data Center, Cableado Estructurado y Conectividad MAN entre Sedes. La elaboración del Expediente Técnico tuvo 4 fases generales: Análisis de la Situación Actual y Detección de Problemáticas, Elaboración de Memoria de Calculo y Especificaciones Técnicas para Cada uno de los componentes y Cotizaciones y Proceso de Metrados de acuerdo con los formatos para presentación de Proyectos de Inversión. La solución de Infraestructura diseñada cumple con los requerimientos de escalabilidad, eficiencia y seguridad que requiere la entidad para una mejor implementación de su Transformación Digital, además con una arquitectura capaz de soportar las tecnologías emergentes que empiezan a ser adoptadas por otras entidades públicas. La experiencia como apoyo en la Elaboración del Expediente Técnico evidencia la aplicación de los conocimientos prácticos y teóricos de la Ingeniería de Sistemas, siempre priorizando la implementación con buenas prácticas y de acuerdo con la normativa vigente para lograr el avance en la Transformación Digital de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo.

The present Professional Competency Work details the professional experience applied to supporting the preparation of the Technical File for the Investment Project: "MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE INFORMACIÓN EN LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE CHICLAYO DEL DISTRITO DE CHICLAYO DE LA PROVINCIA DE CHICLAYO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE LAMBAYEQUE," with CUI: 2626194. The project's main purpose was the acquisition of IT Infrastructure to enhance the current Data Center, MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) Connectivity between premises, Structured Cabling of offices, and Computer Equipment within the Provincial Municipality of Chiclayo. Regarding the specialty field of Networks and Telecommunications, my professional support covered the aspects of the Data Center, Structured Cabling, and MAN Connectivity between premises. The preparation of the Technical File involved four general phases: Analysis of the Current Situation and Problem Detection, Preparation of the Calculation Report and Technical Specifications for each component, and Quotations and Measurement Processes in accordance with the formats for presenting Investment Projects. The designed infrastructure solution meets the scalability, efficiency, and security requirements needed by the entity for a better implementation of its Digital Transformation, and features an architecture capable of supporting emerging technologies being adopted by other public entities. The experience gained in supporting the Technical File's preparation demonstrates the application of practical and theoretical knowledge in Systems Engineering, always prioritizing implementation with best practices and in compliance with current regulations to achieve progress in the Digital Transformation of the Provincial Municipality of Chiclayo.
