La Gestión Administrativa y su incidencia en la Recaudación del Impuesto Predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cayaltí, Periodos 2019 - 2021

Abstract

La presente investigaciÛn tuvo como problema formulado øEn quÈ medida la gestiÛn administrativa incide en la recaudaciÛn del impuesto predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de CayaltÌ, periodos 2019 - 2021? El presente trabajo de investigaciÛn tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar en quÈ medida la GestiÛn Administrativa incide en la RecaudaciÛn del Impuesto Predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de CayaltÌ, periodos 2019 – 2021, provincia de Chiclayo, departamento Lambayeque; la metodologÌa que se empleÛ fue con enfoque cuantitativo, con el tipo de diseÒo descriptivo – no experimental, debido a que las variables GestiÛn Administrativa y RecaudaciÛn del Impuesto Predial no ser·n manipuladas. Para la compilaciÛn de datas se desarrollÛ con la tÈcnica de ObservaciÛn y Encuesta, la poblaciÛn muestral fue de 28 trabajadores, entre oficinistas y empleados p ̇blicos de la municipalidad. Teniendo como resultado, que el 64% de los encuestados respondieron que las estrategias establecidas si incrementaron la recaudaciÛn de impuestos, un 89% del total de encuestados que consideran que los encargados de lÌnea si acatan con las responsabilidades y cubren las competencias necesarias, revelando un alto nivel de confianza en la capacidad de los gerentes de lÌnea. Asimismo, tuvieron el 100 % de los encuestados que comentaron que hay un plan de capacitaciÛn que se trabaja de forma periÛdica para el personal, lo cual refleja un alto nivel de compromiso. Esto evidencia que una entidad adecuadamente estructurada es fundamental para lograr las metas fiscales. Los estudios demostraron que la GestiÛn Administrativa tiene incidencia significativa en la recaudaciÛn del Impuesto Predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de CayaltÌ, periodos 2019 – 2021.

The present investigation was carried out to develop a current problem detected in one of the Municipalities of the Province of Chiclayo, corresponding to the Department of Lambayeque. For this reason, the present research work entitled Administrative Management and its Incidence on the Collection of the Property Tax of the District Municipality of CayaltÌ, periods 2019 - 2021, whose general objective was to determine if the Administrative Management affects the Collection of the Property Tax of the District Municipality of CayaltÌ, periods 2019-2021, Chiclayo province, Lambayeque department; The methodology that was used was with a quantitative approach, with the type of descriptive correlational - non-experimental design, because the Administrative Management and Property Tax Collection variables will not be manipulated. To collect data, we worked with the Observation and Survey technique. The sample population was 28 workers, including officials and public employees of the District Municipality of CayaltÌ. As a result, 64% of respondents responded that the established strategies did increase tax collection, 89% of the total respondents considered that line managers did fulfill their responsibilities and cover the necessary competencies, revealing a high level of confidence in the ability of line managers. Likewise, 100% of respondents commented that there is a training plan that is worked on periodically for staff, which reflects a high level of commitment. This shows that a properly structured entity is essential to achieve fiscal goals. The studies showed that Administrative Management has a significant impact on the Property Tax Collection of the District Municipality of CayaltÌ, periods 2019 - 2021.
