Programa para la construcción del PEI desde el enfoque prospectivo en la I.E. “Jorge Díaz Pérez” Coyunde Grande – Chugur – Hualgayoc.

Abstract

En la siguiente investigación titulada Propuesta de un programa para construcción del proyecto educativo institucional desde el enfoque prospectivo en la institución educativa “Jorge Díaz Pérez” Coyunde Grande – Chugur – Hualgayoc. Tiene como objetivo general; diseñar y elaborar un programa desde el enfoque prospectivo para la construcción del PEI, con la finalidad de optimizará la gestión institucional en la I.E. “Jorge Díaz Pérez”, Comunidad Coyunde Grande – Chugur – Hualgayoc. Preocupados porque la gestión de la Institución Educativa “Jorge Díaz Pérez”, comunidad Coyunde Grande, distrito Chugur, provincia Hualgayoc, región Cajamarca. La investigación tiene un tipo explicativa-propositiva, porque consiste en explicar la gestión realizada en la institución y hacer la propuesta de un programa para la construcción del PEI y mejorar la gestión en la administración, tendrá su aplicación todo el tiempo, el que permitirá observar los cambios que obtendrá la Institución Educativa.

The following research project, entitled Proposal for a program to develop an institutional educational project from a forward-looking perspective at the Jorge Díaz Pérez educational institution in Coyunde Grande – Chugur – Hualgayoc, has the following general objective: to design and develop a program from a forward-looking perspective for the development of the PEI, with the aim of optimizing institutional management at the Jorge Díaz Pérez educational institution in the Coyunde Grande community. Concerned about the management of the Jorge Díaz Pérez Educational Institution, Coyunde Grande community, Chugur district, Hualgayoc province, Cajamarca region. The research is explanatory-propositional in nature, as it consists of explaining the management carried out in the institution and proposing a program for the construction of the PEI and improving management in the administration. It will be applied at all times, which will allow us to observe the changes that the Educational Institution will achieve.
