Gestión del centro de bienestar en el nivel superior no universitaria, del ISTP "TA"

Abstract

La investigación del tipo cualitativa propositiva tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo de gestión del centro de bienestar en un Nivel Superior no Universitario del Instituto Superior tecnológico Túpac Amaru del cusco, y como Hipótesis , Si se toma en cuenta la formación integral, calidad de vida, y la construcción de la comunidad como orientadores del bienestar universitario propuesto por Alberto Gutiérrez, entonces se podrá desarrollar un modelo de gestión del Centro del Bienestar en el Nivel Superior no Universitario del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Túpac Amaru, la población total, trabajadores 110 y estudiantes de 860, cuya muestra fue 25 trabajadores y 20 estudiantes, obteniéndose con la técnica de saturación, Las técnicas para la recolección de datos fueron la entrevista semi estructurada y la observación, para identificar los diferentes problemas de salud, psicológicos, sociales que no son atendidos adecuadamente en la institución los cuales repercuten en la marcha institucional, se procesó la información mediante el análisis temático y de síntesis de carácter sistémico estructural para elaborar la propuesta cuyos resultados revela que existen Categorías: problema de salud, en orden creciente que no es solucionado por el centro médico no bien implementado, los problemas Psicológicos no es atendido por el profesional que corresponde, y problemas sociales: teniendo una asistenta social no cumple su labor como tal, sino labor docente. Ante esta preocupación se plantea proponer un Modelo de Gestión del Centro de Bienestar en el nivel Superior no Universitario del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “Túpac Amaru” que engloba un conjunto de Programas, planes y actividades como Repotenciar el Centro Médico, crear un Centro de atención Psicológico, Asistencia Social. Con la integración del deporte con sus modalidades, esto permitirá la participación de todos los actores de la educación, está fundamentado desde los puntos pedagógicos, filosóficos, éticos, administrativos y gestión educativa.

The qualitative - proactive investigation had as object to propose a management model of center of success in superior level not university of the Institute superior technologic Tupac Amaru of Cusco, and as hypothesis, if it’s considerate the integral formation, quality of life, and community construction as counselors of university success that was proposed by Alberto Gutiérrez, so the model of center of success in superior level not university of the Institute superior technologic Tupac Amaru of Cusco will be able to be developed, 25 workers and 20 students were the sample of the total population, 110 workers and 860 students, this sample was got with saturation technique; the recollection techniques were half organized interviews and observation, to identify different problems of health that involve in the institutional way, it was necessary to process information by means of thematic analysis and of structural systemic synthesis to elaborate the proposal whose results reveal that exist category: health problems, that are not solved by the health center that are not implemented very well, the psychological problems are not attended by suitable professional, and social problems that has an social assistant that don’t carry out her work is dedicated to teach. With this preoccupation it’s establishing to propose a model of center of success in superior level not university of the Institute superior technologic Tupac Amaru of Cusco that includes a group of programs, plans and activities such as improving the health center, creating psychological center, with integration of sports, this will let the participation of all the teachers, this has as a foundation the pedagogic, philosophical, ethical, administrative and management points.
