“Rehabilitación del Local Escolar 420 Fanny Abanto Calle, Distrito de Jayanca, Lambayeque – Lambayeque”

Abstract

El presente informe contiene mi experiencia profesional en uno de los proyectos que he participado: “REHABILITACION DEL LOCAL ESCOLAR 420 FANNY ABANTO CALLE, DISTRITO DE JAYANCA, LAMBAYEQUE – LAMBAYEQUE” La relevancia de este proyecto se fundamenta en la optimización de la infraestructura educativa, lo que asegura condiciones apropiadas de seguridad, funcionalidad y confort tanto para los estudiantes como para los docentes. La rehabilitación del espacio escolar favorece el fortalecimiento de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje y el desarrollo de la comunidad educativa, al tiempo que promueve un entorno educativo seguro y contemporáneo. El objetivo principal de este informe consiste en presentar la experiencia obtenida durante la implementación del proyecto de rehabilitación. Las responsabilidades asumidas abarcaron la supervisión y el control de los avances de la obra, la aplicación de criterios técnicos en la evaluación de la estructura y los acabados del local, la verificación del cumplimiento del expediente técnico y de la normativa vigente, así como la coordinación con los diversos actores involucrados en el proyecto, con el objetivo de garantizar la calidad de los trabajos ejecutados.

This report details my professional experience in one of the projects I participated in: “REHABILITATION OF SCHOOL BUILDING 420 FANNY ABANTO CALLE, JAYANCA DISTRICT, LAMBAYEQUE – LAMBAYEQUE.” The importance of this project lies in the optimization of the educational infrastructure, ensuring appropriate conditions of safety, functionality, and comfort for both students and teachers. The rehabilitation of the school space strengthens the teaching and learning processes and the development of the educational community, while also promoting a safe and modern learning environment. The main objective of this report is to present the experience gained during the implementation of the rehabilitation project. My responsibilities included supervising and monitoring the progress of the work, applying technical criteria to evaluate the structure and finishes of the building, verifying compliance with the technical specifications and current regulations, and coordinating with the various stakeholders involved in the project to guarantee the quality of the work performed.
